Overall a good buy
It is definitely way better quality than the cheap office chairs I used to get from office supply stores. It feels very sturdy and I like the adjustable arm height, fairly good back support (when you remember to sit back in it and not slouch), works well with a sitting/standing desk. Main complaint is that it doesn’t roll very well, even on hard floors.

Wobbly Chair for Short Sits
I grabbed this chair as an office chair for a taller desk. The very wide cushion is very supporting and has ergonomic features to keep your lower half seated properly. Unfortunately, the rest of the chair's proportions make it tricky to stay in one place, even with the reclining feature locked. Likewise, the arm rests can only go in/out so far. I've got them as close to the seat as possible, and it's still a reach for me. There is no lower back support at all; you'll want to buy an additional support or cushion for true ergonomics if you plan to sit here all day. This chair is also wobbly; the casters are very sensitive so it's easy to fly around if you're on a smooth surface, such as hardwood or polished concrete. I've been using this chair for about a week and it makes a lot of noise and squeaks. It looks nice, though, and is above-but-still-reasonably-priced for what you're getting.

My New Favorite Chair!!
Bought this for my standing desk and I love it! I am 5'2" and was trying to find a chair that would work for me and also raise up high enough for my desk (while also lowering enough for my desk at it's usual height). This was a winner. I love it. It's so comfortable. I love how close the armrests can be and how they're adjustable. There's some decent lumbar support. Nothing to write home about. But all in all WAY better suited to me and my needs than a LOT of other chairs out there that are designed for taller people.

Comfortable, but for how long is still to be seen.
First off, I am 6' 7" tall which is why I purchased this chair in the first place. It is the perfect height when lowered all the way down for me to sit with my feet flat on the floor, and then when raised all the way up, it is perfect for my sit-to-stand desk so I can stretch my legs out some. When assembling the chair, I noticed quality was part of the manufacturing process. There were pieces literally broken off instead of trimmed in order for the bolt grommets to be accessed. I moved past this and it has been a pretty good chair. It is comfortable for me to sit in all day long and doesn't give me much trouble at all. I do keep the allen wrench near by though as it does start to squeak quite a bit and I have to tighten the bolts. Eventually I will just put some thread locker on the bolts. Now for the trouble. In the last week (about 2 months since delivery) the plastic on the seat cushion base has started to crack. No idea why, but I am little concerned with the rest of the construction. My legs don't dangle they are either on the foot rest ring, or on the floor. I have e-mailed the company and will update this post if I hear back from them.

Not holding up 3 months later and no way to approach seller
Chair was easy to set up and comfy, however I've been using for a mere 3 months and the armrest is cracking, I tried to figure out how to approach the seller and hit a brick wall: Amazon doesn't let you contact the seller for this item and their only solution was to return the entire chair which doesnt work (I don't have the box, I don't have the tools to disassemble, and I already got rid of my old chair so I would have no backup). I tried to go to the flash furniture website and hit another wall: they only let you contact them if you register. OK so I tried to register but you cannot register unless you are an existing dealer - ugh. So then I clicked a link that said "proceed as guest" and the link just took me back to their home page - tried 10 different ways 10 different times and could not figure it out. Very frustrating that any type of customer support is COMPLETELY IMPOSSIBLE

UPDATE: Starting to sink (was Nice chair, comfortable, but leans)
UPDATE 8/19/2022: This chair has been comfortable other than the issues I first talked about, but now that I've had it a little over a year, it has started to "sink." I raise it to the highest level, and after about 30 minutes, it sinks about 6 inches, and I have to raise it again. Kind of annoying. That and the leaning problem, I think I'm ready to get a new, different chair. Too bad, I thought I was paying for quality, but turns out maybe I could've just bought a <$100 chair and gotten the same life out of it.This is a nice chair, it's comfortable, I can sit for long hours, I love the color combo, and everything about its operation is good. The one thing that has bugged me from the beginning and the problem is getting worse is that it has a lean to the back right. So if I'm trying to sit straight up, I'm always leaning to the right and back. Might have to do with the adjustment lever being there. Anyway, while the chair itself is comfortable, I find certain muscles getting sore because they are trying to compensate for this lean. e.g., my right glute "feels the burn" after a couple of hours sitting in it. On the fence about stopping to use it, but it is otherwise a great chair.

Good chair, good height. I needed a high chair, and this did the trick.

it's ok
Chair is comfortable, but cushion is flat after two years of use. It also have had a ripped arm rest pad like after 3 months of use and I was never able to contact she seller to order a ner armrest. I have better quality chairs that have lasted more than 10 years so compared to this one and the different price point, I guess it's just ok. I wish they sell the parts to extend the lifetime of the product.

A comfortable Chair doing its job.
This chair is easy to assemble, good quality and very comfortable. I got it for several weeks and works very good for now. I like it. The chair's height can change from 23.5" to 31". I adjusted it to the highest 31". With my 72kg body on it, it will lower to about 29", which is enough for my Ikea standing desk. The reason for the 4-star rating is due to a design problem, which is the same for most of the similiar products I think. The foot-rest ring is the exact same size with the chair. If you want to put your feet on it when sitting, you have to bend your legs backwards and it is really not easy to keep your feet staying there. So I put a stool under my desk for foot-resting. That's all I know for now. Hope it can last for a long time.
