This product was super helpful with rehab after a foot fracture (5th metatarsal, so felt like the ankle). It has a rigid bar on the outside to provide excellent support for walking on uneven surfaces. My ankle took a while to regain strength and this was so helpful. It fit inside my shoe, and was comfortable.

I have loose joints and an extreme over pronation deformity on my left ankle. I have severe pain when I walk or stand for long periods of time. I went to Disney World a couple of weeks ago with very little time to prepare. I was panicked about all of the walking. I have custom shoe orthotics but nothing to support my ankle. Two days before leaving I had a lightbulb moment and popped on Amazon to shop for overnight delivery of ankle support braces. I ordered four. This product is the one I chose to take my chances with and keep. It saved me! I walked 15,000-17,000 steps every day. My ankle was stable and it felt so great to be pain free. Normally, my ankle problem leads to a pain on the outer top of my foot and along the collapsed arch up to my ankle bone. That pain feels like blazing hot knives digging into me. And I have a high threshold for pain! I never felt that pain a single time on this trip because of this brace. Woo hoo! It is fully customizable to provide the amount of support you need l where you need it. It is comfortable to wear, the velcro doesn’t catch on your socks or clothing, and it does not interfere with the width of your shoes. Bottom line: I highly recommend this product.

This item seems well made, is light weight and comfortable to wear and provides light to moderate support. It is also thin enough that it fits in shoes and boots. It is cool enough for me to wear all day... some people who are sensitive to that kind of thing may feel otherwise. Remember, neoprene will not be as cool as fabric, but heat retention can also be therapeutic. The product was NOT designed for maximum stability support, but it does provide about the level of support of ankle taping, but it is more comfortable than taping. In short, this product does what it was designed to do at a good price. I recommend this production.

Second pair I own. I play Padel and I’m very used to sprained ankles so in order to not get injured here and there I prefer using this on both feet so I have more comfort and stabilization. It really works and it doesn’t feel heavy at all

It’s a good ankle brace, but I’ve found others I like better. Still giving this a great rating because it’s well-made and does offer support.

I've been recovering from a broken ankle and although I'm 'healed' my ankle remains sore and needs support. As others have said, this works really well and after trying a bunch of different types (tie-up ones get tight as swelling goes up), I bought this at a local drug store. I really liked it so I wanted 2 more so I could wear 24/7 and wash them. One of the 2 I ordered through Amazon had bad stitching -the velcro that should be sewn onto the straps was poorly done -on one strap, the velcro was hanging on by a single corner; on the second strap, the stitching completely missed and the velcro was not attached at all. I choose to sew them back on myself, but just thought others should be aware...

It's simple and light weight and on first impressions feels cheap like it couldn't help anything. That being said, this bad boy is amazing. I rolled my ankle playing soccer and used duck tape to tape my ankle up. Ordered this that day, got it the next day and was out running like a maniac without feeling any weakness or soreness to the ankle like I hadn't just wrecked it the day before. Thing is rad.

Don't buy! The stitching, located between the bottom of feet and shoe soles, was ripped after being used only two times.

Debí editar esto hace meses. Me acostumbré a la tobillera, todos estos meses me ha sido de mucha ayuda y ha evitado en repetidas ocasiones que me vuelva a esguinsar. La tobillera después de unos días de uso se adaptó a mi anatomía y me brindó el soporte deseado. La sensación de que me quedaba grande paso después de aproximadamente 2 semanas. En cuanto a la talla, me permito explicar un poco: Según la talla mexicana, mi calzado es del número 27.5 (26.5 cm longitud del pie) y en algunos calzados del número 28 (27 cm de longitud del pie), por lo que me queda bien. Lo bueno: La tobillera no lastima, las varillas laterales son cómodas y me hacen sentir un poco de soporte al caminar principalmente para tener la confianza de que no se doble mi tobillo y quede estable. También pude meterla con el calzado problema alguno. Los materiales parecen de buena calidad. Lo malo: Sigo insistiendo en lo de apretar mucho las tiras con velcro, sin embargo si proporcionan soporte y estabilidad. Puedo concluir: - Los materiales son de calidad - Las varillas laterales no lastiman - Estabilidad y soporte: leve o bajo - Puedes usarla todo el día sin que te lastime o moleste
