Honestly, I'm not sure if these have worked... the drum smells less bad, but I bought these thinking it out really clean and de-grime the unseen parts of the drum, but I obviously can't see and inspect that... the smell is reduced but I can't say that it's worked as well as Tide claims

I have been using this cleaning powder for some time on my front-loading LG washing machine. The powder is very easy to use and has a lovely scent, leaving my washing machine looking great after it cleans on the sterilize setting. The powder itself is white and looks pretty effective at getting rid of even the nastiest of smells. I use the powder more often than recommended, though, since I do a lot of laundry with elderly dogs who often have accidents. I like this cleaner. And it makes my washing machine smell nice. When I use it my machine seems to be cleaner. The barrel is definitely shiny when the cycle is done. This item lasted longer than the traditional smaller bundle I get from the store. I like the Tide better than any other brand I have used.
