Managing Enterprise Projects: Using Project Online and Microsoft Project Server 2019

This book is excellent for PMs and Integrated Master Schedulers (IMS) who use Project Online and Project Server.For reference, I’m a master scheduler with 10 years experience managing multiple linked schedules. This guide gives you an in-depth understanding and practical exercises, and it includes online templates available through the Projility website. Just FYI, this is not for beginners. You’ll need to understand (and have strong functional knowledge) of Microsoft Project. I also highly recommend keeping a local field mapped to each enterprise custom field so that you do not lose any data.On a side note, you will have some constraints on the practical application of enterprise resource planning if you do not have control of the enterprise resources loaded onto the server. This is simply a statement of fact, and does not diminish the value of this book.

Excellent book. Totally recommend 'cause a lot of good practices for Project Online.
