I received the product, timely, and as advertise. The scope looked and felt great. However, after four uses, it was no longer functional. The seller did contact me and replaced the product free of charge. Was satisfied with their customer service and very thankful for replacing the product after the Amazon return date. New scope is working fine.

The ophthalmoscope is terrible!! My phone with light and camera works better. Apparently, this isn't returnable either, which I've never had an issue with on Amazon before. I will definitely be sure to only buy from Amazon and not third-party sellers from now on.
