The steaks horrible, I have ordered from Kanasas City Steaks before and was very happy with them. is there any you can make this right. Also I served them to guests. So embarrassing!!!

Great steaks, well packed
These are grea5 steaks and they come well packed. I live in Florida where it is really hot and the delivery was left on my doorstep for hours since I was at work. When I opened them they were all fresh and packed with care.
