These are nicely light and thin. Great for turning or serving fish. I do find turning eggs difficult, but I can't imagine how a thinner spatula would be physically possible. Likely my lack of good technique. I wipe them down immediately after use to make them easier to clean later.. Been cleaning them in the dishwasher with no problems. Love the feel and the balance. After buying one to test it, I've since bought more. All high quality with no issues.

I was looking for a stainless steel spatula to replace my thin plastic one as I was trying to move away from plastic cookware. Most my problem I find with spatulas are that they are too thick to slide under an egg to flip it and have Zero flexibility! This spatula is absolutely PERFECT!! I've used it to flip over easy eggs, scrabble eggs, cook up chicken, onions and jalapenos, flip quesadillas. I LOVE how thin and flexible this spatula is, Along with how sharp the edge is making it also great for chopping up food as you are cooking it. I would buy this again and I will recommend it to all my friends and family looking for a good quality spatula.

I got this product to accompany my cast iron skillet and it is perfect! It’s flexible enough to get under whatever you’re cooking, yet strong enough to cut through or chop up meat/veggies that escaped the initial chop. Very happy with it and it performed great on our 4 day camping trip.

Yeah this is a very good kitchen tool. We had one that had a plastic handle and it got ruined in the dishwasher so we purchased this one. It does the job. The handle is a bit shorter than expected but it works well.

Just the right size and shape. Great for flipping fried eggs. Flexible and angled shape works even in small pans.

Excelente producto, yo lo compré para usarlo en mi negocio de tacos. Es liviano, se siente que es un material fuerte al momento de agarrar la comida, también es flexible sin dejar de ser maziso. Estéticamente es muy bonito, y se ve muy elegante y limpio. El tamaño es adecuado. A comparación de otras espátulas que se utilizan en los negocios de tacos se ve muy elegante y "caro" . Excelente compra.
