These inserts work great! My new pharmacy didn't supply these inserts, and they have been supplying my prescription in various bottle sizes. These inserts allow me to get accurate doses with a syringe.

I needed caps for my 1oz and 2oz Boston round vitamin bottles to convert the dropper to syringe adapters. These were the only ones I found that worked, even on the 4oz with the smallest one, too. You have to push down extremely hard to get them all the way in. If you don't have strong hands you will need man hands for help. You have to hold the bottle on the bottom and push the adapter down with your palm and then the last rung with your thumb. These must be mechanicaly put in by manufacturers. But they are doable and do not leak, that's for sure. I wish they just sold each size separately. Now I have a bunch that I don't need, but this pack was great for finding the size I needed. Droppers are so inaccurate for dosing. I trust the medicine syringes so much more. I wish liquids just came with syringes, and bottles with these adapters.

Just what I needed for liquid kids medication. So far we’ve only needed one size, but since I didn’t know what I needed this made it easy. Can be difficult to insert, but that’s somewhat expected for the correct seal. Once’s installed and sealed spilling is hard to achieve.

This item 100% does what it’s supposed to….so helpful for drawing meds easy peasy!

These are a game changer when it comes to giving kids liquid meds. You just chose the correct size for the medication bottle and press all the way down into the the bottle until even with the bottle top. Then you can insert a syringe and tip bottle upside down to measure medication without spilling it everywhere. I have even been able to reuse a few times in a new bottle when the meds run out. ( after a while it will become too loose due to wear and tear and need to be replaced with a new one) but I say you still definitely get your money's worth

These are horrible. The opening for the syringe is too big, so the medicine leaks out.
