I had a pretty good skincare regiment going and my skin was doing ...
I have always had oily and acne prone skin since I was a teenager. I had a pretty good skincare regiment going and my skin was doing great with the exception of a blemish here or there, but once I got pregnant and hit about 10 weeks, my skin freaked out! I was getting breakout after breakout in the weirdest places that I never broke out before. My normal facewash and toner was not working, and I discontinued using my spot treatment as it had sacylic acid in it which is not recommended during pregnancy. I had tried a few things i found at the drugstore and NOTHING was working. I ordered this off a whim after seeing it on pinterest and when searching for pregnancy safe acne skincare. I was excited when it came in the mail. First off, the cleanser is HUGE. I was surprised at how big it was, especially for the price. I used both products the night I received them and noticed a difference the next morning. I have been using both products for a week now and I have to say I am loving it. The cleanser is great, leaves my skin feeling clean but not dry. The spot treatment does smell a little (I noticed that was a complaint from other buyers) but honestly it wasnt that bad to me. After a week my skin is 10x better than it was. I still have a few blemishes, but they are slowly going away. The spot treatment is a little drying, but thats any spot treatment. I definitely recommend only using it on places where you have a blemish, and backing off to using just once a day if/when the drying occurs, and just make sure to pair with a good moisturizer. I am very happy with my purchase and will continue using throughout my pregnancy and after!

Worth the $$ if you're suffering from Pregnancy Acne
My skin has been ridiculous since I got pregnant. I went to get a facial, and the person recommended using something with lactic acid. I found this on a baby website, and I was honestly so desperate that I didn't care what the price was. It has done WONDERS for my skin. I still get the big, ugly mountain ranges pop up, but I can definitely tell a difference in the shape of my skin. I no longer have those little bumps that look like pimples stuck under a layer of skin. When those big jokers that can't be popped come up, i use the spot treatment. I also put the spot treatment on scars, and I personally feel like it's made them less noticeable. I can get my skin looking normal again with makeup thanks to this product. My advice for people blessed with the "baby bumps": Get this facewash. Use it every morning and night. Get an exfoliating wash (I got some generic one from Wal-Mart), do that 2-3 week BEFORE using the Belli. Once you finish washing the face, be sure you put moisturizer on. Dry skin only makes it worse. Also, remember this stuff is no joke. It's not supposed to take your makeup off, so don't use it for that. Be sure you only use it on clean, make-up free skin. This may not work for everyone, but it worked for me. I usually wouldn't take the time to review an item, but this one is worth it.Good Luck to all the soon to be Mamas!

Here's what I know
I've been using this for about a month now. The blemish cream definitely has a sulfer / egg smell that is NOT pleasant. I've been putting this on my face before bed. While the smell is not good, I really do think this is working and I will keep using it because of that!!!!When I wake up in the morning, my breakouts (mostly on my cheeks) are much less red, puffy, irritated. At about 10 weeks pregnant I was blessed with red puffy blemishes on my cheeks only. They weren't really pimples that would pop, heal and go away (SORRY if that's TMI) so I didn't really know how to treat it. I love that this product not only actually is working but is safe for me and baby. I use the face wash in the shower every morning and before bed and that has a great, light, citrus smell. I think it does a great job cleansing without being TOO drying. If you can live with the sulfer-ish smell I would say you would not regretting buying this combo! I will probably continue to use after baby gets here but I'm HOPING this acne goes away completely once she arrives. In the meantime, I'm so happy I found this to use during pregnancy. Thank you Belli!

Good news, no new ones either
I am currently 16 weeks pregnant with my second child. With my first, I had clear skin and a facial wash with salicylic acid, which was OK'd by my doctor. But this time around I broke out with acne where I don't usually break out before; cheek, jaw and mouth. I was leery of using spot treatments because I did not have this problem. They wouldn't go away for weeks! No exaggeration. I became someone who googled everything under sun but I found Belli and found my worries out at ease with a week of use. My breakout has gone down flat, though it had become scars. Good news, no new ones either. The wash does a fine job, nothing spectacular. The spot treatment'd main ingredient contains SULFUR so I have no idea why women are complaining about the smell!! Of course it would make you more nauseous if you have morning sickness but maybe hold it off until the second trimester when it usually go away. Because of the smell, I use it as a nightly treatment and it has done a good job anyway!! I will continue to use and find an alternative to getting rid of acne scars.

Works well, takes a few days to see improvement, but worth it.
I am currently 35 weeks pregnant and my in my last trimester I have been battling acne and flare ups every few weeks. I have always had great skin and this is very disturbing cause of the restrictions...I would normally put some retin-a on and be done with it. My doctor gave me some over the counter recommendations but I thought this looked pretty good and the reviews confirmed it. Here's my experience: the cleanser does not foam but definitely works. It doesn't strip the skin, smells fresh and if left on as a mask helps. I use it morning and night and use the spot treatment as needed which on the other hand smells terrible! But it really does work, you might have to see how much your skin can handle, it's strong stuff and made my face a little red where I got too over zealous. But I will say that within a few days there is definitely an improvement and I'm not worried using it like I would be with other products that are questionable during pregnancy. I will continue to use post partum but really hoping this acne goes away once baby is here. In the meantime this is good stuff I would buy again.

Three Stars
Cream is nice but spot treatment doesn't do much for me. And too expensive.
