Have had case about 5 weeks.The bar piece that snaps off and on to take or put phone in case doesn’t snap on anymore at corner.The little piece that clips it broke off.Going to purchase a new case but not this one.

This portable charger works well. The charge lasts a good while and charges the phone quickly. There is a piece on top that is magnetic that comes off too easily. Fortunately, it popped off in my coat pocket and my purse so I was able to find it. This piece would be a deal breaker for me if it keeps happening (which I believe it will since it’s happened twice in three days) since the case looks bad without it. Update: returned this case because it broke after one drop.

Put on charge at night and only case charged, phone did not, like advertised. Also, this is very slippery to me. As I was texting, it was slowly slipping down in my hand. The color is pretty though

The case comes with the battery, once you charge your phone overnight it charges the battery as well. The battery is able to charge the phone fully twice throughout the day. I love that I don't have to carry my charger around and the outside battery pack. The only downside to this case is that its heavy to carry.

I was using this item now can’t charge Is any warranty ?

I ordered this for my mom because her phone is always dying. But the buttons on the side for the volume and to turn the screen off, have fallen off. And its almost impossible to get the case off the first time you go to take it off. Now we are past the return date.

Best! It REALLY does last noticibly longer than a regular battery case. I had 5 to 6 that I would constantly be rotating as they ran out throughout the day I have to change this case once a day if that (to a charged up one)

Coating peels and charge is not so great
