Excellent floor covering
I bought this to replace the dirty carpet in my E350 super duty passenger van. The seats are out and I am converting the vehicle to a modular camper. This floor covering is a perfect solution to cover the whole 'cargo' space. It is designed for a cargo van, so if you are going to put it in a passenger van with the extra interior trim and rear AC unit you will need to do some minor trimming, but it is easy to do. Just make sure you have the passenger side in place before trimming the driver side and trim it incrementally until it fits tight and snug. Since I removed the seats, I put the seat bracket bolts back into the floor (otherwise there would be holes in the floor) and I was please to find that the flooring 'absorbed' the bump the bolts caused without any visible bump on the surface. Very happy with it, hopefully it holds up well over time.

A rare case where the hype is true
Am excellent asset for our cargo van. Great fit, feel, quality. Our van has a safety/security/headache cage, so we needed to make a couple cuts in the mat in order to have it surround the cage base -- that was our only needed modification and it was simple. The Rug texture is very nice and fits right in with the van's alter ego as a camper-van. The shipping was excellent. Believe it or not, we originally bought the same item from another vendor site and after clicking "buy" the price jumped by over $165 for shipping - - - stunned, we *cancelled so fast*. So the free shipping we got here was a BIG plus!

Not a perfect fit but good value.
Not a perfect fit but good value for the money. I got the carpet in hindsight I should have gotten the rubberized bed liner one, not much more money and would have been much better and easier to clean. However I am using this as insulation/subfloor for my Econoline van conversion and so it is useful for tracing the plywood for the floor I put in and works great to block heat and sound from the engine, transmission and exhaust.

Very happy with this product.
I don't write many reviews and when I do I'm usually complaining. Not now. I'm converting a Ford E150 passenger van into a camper van. I wanted the floor to be soft, warm and quiet . This van rug meets all those requirements. It's as soft as any commercial grade carpet I looked at, it's warmer than the existing carpeting was, and it dampens road noise better than the existing carpet. And the van became much more quiet overall when I added Noico Mass Loaded Vinyl to the bare floor and then reinstalled the van rug. And reinstalling the van rug was easy because just flops into place. Part of the installation on the ford van requires removing and replacing the trim at the side and back doors but that was very easy to do. Also since I'm leaving most of the passenger area trim in place, I had to cut about an inch of each side of the van rug to make it lay flat. But with a fresh blade in the razor knife it was not hard to do. I spent a lot of time and money insulating the roof and sides of passenger area and was not looking forward to doing the floor. The van rug saved a lot of time. And the van rug was a bit cheaper than insulation, plywood and carpeting would have been. So I'm a happy camper.

Trimming necessary
Like others have said you will have to trim it to fit correctly. It also arrived with a bent corner which was inconvenient

Really Thick Mat
We didn't know quite how thick this was going to be. We had to cut some precision holes in it to accomodate some modifications we made to our van. After just cutting one square to fit the cabinet for our refrigerator we had to change the blade in our boxcutter. Wow, this is a tough mat. When we laid the mat down it did fit the van perfectly and is a really nice color. Okay, I'm sure most of you don't care about the color, but hey, I'm a woman. I care about these things. The only complaint, which can't really even be called a complaint in my opinion, is that when we put the carpet down and crawled all over it as we were marking where to make our cuts for the cabinetry it shed all over our clothes. You MUST vacuum this immediately or you will be covered in little blackish dots or dust or whatever it is that is all over it. Not a big issue, but boy, did we laugh when we saw ourselves after climbing out of the van.All in all, this appears to be a carpet that should last us a lifetime. Well, in the vehicle's lifetime anyway :)

Surprised how well it fits
Leery of the durability. Very thin carpet surface on top. Will use it as a template to cut additional carpet to put on top. Expensive but worth it for my purposes.Extremely nice cut & fit. Would buy again from this manufacturer.

2003 Ford E-250, Perfect Fit (Standard Length). Nice Mat!!
Arrived yesterday for my 03 Ford E250. Fits Perfectly ! Comfortable on the knees, quieted van down A LOT !! Non-absorbent, won't burn (it will melt, however!). I love it ! Laid it out for an hour and it went right in, no issues. I have a standard/base/reg length Ford van. It had the cutouts for the side step door holes and tucked under the front mat with 2" under it. I glued mine, as I won't be removing mine ever...the shelving units are mounted and they sit on top of the rug. But you could use velcro tape or 2 sided tape for the front seams if you want to take yours out for cleaning. Nice rug, boxes will slide on it nicely, but heavier stuff with edges or rubber feet will not. The bottom has a nice molded foam pad, and the 'rug' is soft yet strong, similar to those thick foam imprinted door mats you see with logos melted in them. I'm impressed with this item, would buy again, but I doubt I'll need to !

Perfect
I'm doing a camper van conversion in a Ford 2008 E150. Absolutely fit absolutely perfect.Less than 10 minutes to install. I had planned on putting laminate flooring in. FORGET THAT. I would have had to insulate and then also figure out a way to level the floor because of the ribs/bumps floor. Forget it. This IS insulation and it has the ridges and grooves already to go. It's SO soft on the knees. I am SO happy with this purchase. I have no idea what I was thinking with the laminate floor. This was the best money we spent on the van yet.I will point our one thing and I can't blame the rug. You have to unscrew the dozen or so trim screws to lay the rug, but the thickness of the rug made it hard for most of the trim screws to get a solid connection. We did have to go find longer trim screws from NAPA and found some Honda screws that were a bit longer. It cost $10 but that doesn't take away from the value this rug provided us. It's just a little detail you should be prepared for.Love it Love it Love it!
