If this is your first steamer, you will like it. I have had better from Rowenta, but they stopped making the previous model, and I did not like the current ones. For the price this was good. I like the ability to place garments on the rack at a good height. The steam function works well to get wrinkles out of garments. Heats up fast.What I wold like to see improved is: needs longer power cable, foot switch would be nice, water tank spews water when not in use, wheels would have been useful (and somehow I thought the pictures showed wheels, but I guess I made a mistake)

My last single pole steamer sprung a leak therefore I upgraded to a larger steamer with more steaming power and little to no chances of leaking. First off, I love the dual modes, silk and linen, where it puts out just the right steam for that cloth type just perfect. Large hose design, love that the hose doesn't get hot through it where it is alot safer than my other one. Reservoir is perfect size where it fills easily and doesnt leak a drop when removing and putting back in place. The dual pole is very stable, good solid design, with lots of configurations and found a perfect height for me. All attachments are rock solid design nothing cheap here where I am very happy with the purchase.

Love this so much, I’ve literally been steaming everything I can! Got it for my business (thee urban lux) so that I can steam the clothes before packaging. Worth the money!

First time I ordered the steamer and received a previously open package from Kohl’s, which had the instruction manual and castors missing. I exchanged it for a new one and opened the new package too late to return it or else I would be doing so. Again missing castors, and the steamer is totally different from what is pictured on the box itself. Frankly, seems like a scam or knock off. For this kind of price, buy a different brand.

This is easily one of my favorite things I've ever purchased. I don't own an iron and specifically avoid purchasing things that require regular ironing. But when things come out of storage, or when you buy a nice dress or new curtains, wrinkles are unavoidable! This steamer heats up in a minute flat, and it takes out the wrinkles almost immediately. You won't regret this purchase.
