I received my primer and it had no seal and looked to be used. Sadly I will not be purchasing again.

Great Primer
I love this primer reminds me a lot of OC 8 but with the nice collagen addition. I have combo skin so I have to use non-silicone based primers. this one is a great option for those of us who can't have those blurring silicone based products.

While I love this product, $22 for this tiny amount isn't really worth it.
