They are slightly more expensive than Lipotrim was but they're worth it for anyone who is missing Lipotrim and needs to replace it in their lives. The Vanilla is my second favourite. If you leave it for 10 minutes before drinking it, then use a mixer on it to whip it up, the texture becomes like a thick milkshake. It's really good. I do have the contact details of their UK rep but his website charges postage so even though the prices are the same as Amazon's they work out more expensive. I'm just waiting for them to restock here and I'll be back.

I hadn't heard of the New Weigh diet plan before but having tried different plans I was keen to see if this would be suitable for me. The diet suggests having a shake or a bar for breakfast, one for lunch and then a 400-500 cal meal for dinner - thus being just 1000 cals in total. It doesn't mention anything about incorporating snacks into this like other similar diet plans, but mentions you could use one of these as a snack but at approx 222 cals a shake this would be a higher calorie snack if adding it in to the 1000 cal programme. So i'd imagine they mean if you were eating normally, a shake could be a filling snack, but I think it could be clearer. I looked on the website for more details and there's different plans you can do, one is to lose up to a stone which is replacing 2 meals with this, one is a 5:2 or 5:3 where you eat normally for either 5 or 4 days and diet the rest and one is more intense for those needing to lose more than 2 stone. I will be replacing 2 meals with these and having around a 400 cal evening meal, plus snacks taking me up to 1200 cal as this is suitable for me, plus exercise. The shake itself is simple to mix with 250ml water, I do this in my shaker cup and there were no lumps and it had a nice thick consistency and a sweet and authentic milkshake taste. The vanilla was tasy and tasted a bit like white chocolate and didn't taste too artificial for me and these are packed with vitamins and protein and goodness. After drinking for two days so far, I've found I don't feel full, but I was satisfied, it didn't fill me as much as food but this is something I need to get used to, I found myself hungry mostly because it doesn't mention having snacks! With this i'm generally eating healthily and exercising and with other products in the range such as soups and bars i'm interested to try them as I'm more of a savoury person so having the sweet shakes all the time would get a bit much for me! Recommended so far, the plan could be a little clearer as to the recommended calorie intake for any additional snacks, or if snacks are even allowed in this plan but other than that, they're tasty and easy to make.

I had this for the first time today and it is delicious! I am now considering trying the vegetable soup variety after I get through the Very Vanilla box I am trialling. A look at the ingredient list shows there is a good balance of vitamins and minerals. I will be buying more of this product.
