I’m 5’2. 177 lbs and the medium fits perfectly. I also bought a large which is looser but do able. They don’t shrink either.

These are my favorite sweatpants of ALL TIME. They are soft and comfortable, they are fitted but not too tight like leggings, not too baggy. The waist band is thick and stretchy, and I carry a lot of weight in my stomach. I am 5’4, 195 and these sweatpants are a dream. I have black and the light color. I wear these around the house and they are amazing, no leggings can compare. I could wear these on my death bed, they are that comfortable. I have searched high and low for a pair of sweatpants like these.

These are wonderful pants - they can be dressed up as a casual work outfit or workout pants! They are buttery soft and taper at the leg- perfection.

The fabric on these joggers had pilled and collected every piece of hair and fuzz in my apartment within the first wear. Everything else about these was great- true to size, great cut, comfortable. They’ve pilled even more with washing, which is a shame. I’ll use them as pajama pants, but wouldn’t leave the house in them.
