I went through a half dozen similar bags here on Amazon - this one's the keeper. It's not a big bag, but you won't bang your knees into it - it's got a nice taper from the stem towards the seat. The material looks nice, zippers work fine, and the velcro straps to attach it are actually long enough! I put a couple pieces of mastic tape (kind of a thick electrical tape) underneath where the straps are sewn into the bottom so that they wouldn't rub on the frame, and that had the side benefit of holding the bag really well in place.Size-wise, you can see the dimensions in the questions. FWIW, you can fit a 16.9 oz Crystal Geyser bottle in the bag, but nothing longer (wider would work though).

Very well-made. This bag is a perfect size for caring my stuff on my E bike allows me to carry all my items that I normally carry in my pocket very well-made easily attaches to my bike

Great bag that holds my basic items, such as my smart phone, keys, wallet, sunglasses, and lights, etc., but not much room for anything else more than that. It allows me to free up things I would otherwise store in my pockets. Good product.

Very large and bulky. Kept hitting it with my knees on a small frame. Well not but again. Straps are not sturdy for actual riding. Also does not hold a lot! Total annoyance.

Es muy práctico el estuche, se ve y se siente de buena calidad. Funciona perfectamente, es amplio al interior, aunque no tanto como para guardar la "bomba" de aire, yo la sujeté con las tiras de velcro que trae, ya que vienen lo suficientemente largas. Cabe en su interior mi celular (tiene una malla que permite colocar el celular por encima del resto de las cosas), llaves, monedas (tiene una "bolsa" con cierre en el interior), un estuche con parches, todo esto al mismo tiempo y le queda espacio.

Parece fuerte e impermeable, su problema es que es demasiado grande, lo que no es nada práctico para el lugar donde está designado, ya que al bajar de la bici se choca la entrepierna con él.
