Great item, really helps putting all the positives down on the book

I have found this very helpful. Some of it is a little too much but you can skip the bits you don't want to do. You also don't have to complete every day so it's quite a relaxed approach to journalling. Would recommend to anyone starting off.

Guys ..the quality of this is great! Sturdy, lots of room to write. I plan on giving this to hubby and now will be purchasing 3 more for my teen boys. I was really impressed with it all, the content, how its laid out, the quality. It's the perfect gift for the male in your life who has it all, is hard to shop for, or this is his kinda thing. I like the variety of topic prompts and the mix of subjects including quotes and things to consider. I enjoyed the fact that this journal is an easy way to encourage thinking about your life. I also like the various quotes that the book includes several of them are a great way to start reflecting about a given area of your life.
