I take this to support my thyroid function. Smells like Brazil nuts, but that's normal. I take so many meds, its difficult to say whether this makes a difference, but it doesn't appear to be doing any harm.

Nehme es seit einem Monat in Verbindung mit Biotin. Hatte extremen Haarausfall und stumpfes Haar. Nach schon einem Monat glänzen sie, der Haarausfall ist stark zurückgegangen. Bin sehr zufrieden und wird fleißig weiter genommen und nachbestellt.Ein Nachteil gibt es, die Tabletten riechen streng und schmecken nicht so aber das nehme ich bei der Wirkung gern in Kauf. Kann es in Verbindung mit Biotin nur empfehlen.
