Works Great, But Make Sure you Charge it at Least Every 6 Months
I purchased the “LGI Driver Fatigue Alarm” through Amazon on June 13, 2021. I tested it when I received it, and it worked correctly. On October 28, 2022, I tried to use it for the first time since my purchase; I plugged it in to charge it, but it would not charge. I contacted the seller, “REARAND,” and they were kind enough to send me a replacement, even though the warranty period had expired. They explained to me that the non-user-replaceable battery in each unit is equipped with a protection board, to prevent over-charging and over-discharge; this allows the battery to work under normal conditions, but the protection board itself also needs to consume a small amount of current. If the battery is not charged for a long time (for example, more than half a year), the protection board cannot restart the circuit when the protection voltage is too low, resulting in the battery being unable to charge. Because of this, the device needs to be charged at least every 6 months. They also told me that it is OK to leave it charging continuously, but not for more than 2 months at a time. So the safest thing is to just charge it at least every 6 months, if not using it. I suggested to the seller that they need to make this information more prominent in their advertising, and in their instructions. I used to own a similar product, which had user-replaceable batteries (which was more convenient in some ways), but these products all seem to have rechargeable fixed batteries now. So this device seems to be the best of the current driver fatigue alarms; it can be set to beep, or vibrate, or both, it works well, and it is comfortable (due to the flexible earpiece, which many competitors’ units do not have). For this reason, I gave it 5 stars. Just remember to charge it every 6 months. Many thanks to REARAND Customer Service, for their quick responses to my questions. (Another reason to buy this product.)

This product works but it slips off your ear pretty often.
This product works but sometimes it malfunctions. It slips off the ear and not easy to apply.

Horrible
0 stars. Not built for a human ear. Won’t stay on so no chance of working.

It works,, kinda'
The device does work exactly as it's description says it will. Only issue is because of how my ears are made it falls off. I cut the elastic from an old pair of underwear and used that to help keep the device on my ear BUT that just isn't ideal. I did not return it because I'm hopeful I'll discover as way I can make it work for me.

Ear alert
It doesn’t fit my ear well, body of alert too large to fit well. Wish the ear piece in front of ear was stiffer and longer may send back as it was expensive

It does what it's supposed to do
I wish I could turn off the beep. You can go past the beep to set on vibrate, but passing the beep is loud.

Tried 3 of them and could not get any of them to work.
I purchased one for my brother in law for Christmas. He’s a truck driver and has had to driver fatigue issues in the past and we are all worried about him.He could not get it to work so he purchased another one because he also wanted something to help him. He couldn’t get that one to work either. I figured it was him so I also tried. Didn’t work for me either. I returned it and got a replacement. Still doesn’t work. Then because I’m an idiot I bought another one. Still no good. And there’s not help out there either. We had 4 people try at least 2 of them and they couldn’t get them to work either. So, maybe we are all idiots or they are actually just bad products.
