I really love the sealant and I feel it definitely helps with retention of my lashes. It does not leave any white residue. I wash my lashes and the brush them out and then when they are fully dry I apply the lash sealant and then brush them out again. After they dry they look so much cleaner and it helps to keep the dirt and oils from building up on your lashes so they don't fall out as easily/fast. If you use too much or don't brush your lashes out after you apply the sealant, it can make your lashes feel crunchy. Can be used for day or night but I usually apply it at night. A little goes a long way and even though the bottle isn't very big, it lasts a long time! I've accidentally gotten a little in my eye and it didn't really sting that bad but it could be worse for someone with sensitive eyes.

I only apply it to the base of my lashes every 2-3 days, and I don't feel the need to brush it through with a dry wand. I usually get a lash fill every 2 weeks, but now I'm going every 3 to 4 weeks now. Even my lash tech has noticed the retention has been a lot better. I wish I knew about this sooner!

My only complaint is wishing I knew about this stuff sooner. I had been having to get my lash extensions done every week, because they’d fall out. I go to the gym just about every day, so sauna just about every day. Lots of sweat happening! I also only wash my hair about every 4-5 days so there is some oil buildup. I started using this stuff and my extensions are going strong after a week now! I do have a system though. Make sure lashes are dry before applying -I reapply every time I wash my lashes. This stuff is waterproof but does wash out. Found out through trial and error -when you apply, make sure lashes are completely dry and combed through. I run the sealer wand over my lashes from base to tip, then comb them out from underneath, ensures they’re all coated. Then run a dry spooley through them again and comb them out. -If I need to reapply and I haven’t washed my lashes directly before yet, I put some witch hazel on a spooley and comb my lashes out to get rid of any oils. Let dry. Then apply the sealer. Comb them out. -I always make sure they are coated before gym and sauna. I shower at night and hit the gym in the morning, so they are good and ready to go. -after my sauna time, I wash my hands and run water through my lashes real quick to get rid of any sweat. So far, this has been working really well! Which I was shocked for the price of this stuff. I researched other products, and liked that this one doesn’t makes lashes stiff. I saw some reviews saying it did, but I think that’s because people are applying more than one coat in between washes.

I initially purchased this after I got my first set of lash extensions. My esthetician said it might extend the lash-life by a week. But I still lose lashes, and I asked my esthetician about it when I got a fill and she said that she wasn't sure what that stuff actually does. I love my lashes, but I'm not sure I'll purchase this again.

Good product for the price point. Having lash extensions, it's a must to have a sealant. I've used ones without a spoolie intended and much thicker that left visible clumps of product behind. I do use it every other day and it does the job it says. Is difficult to know how much you're putting on, but your lashes will feel wet. Very much like it comes with a spoolie for easier application for myself. 11.14.25 update - my lash teach said I had better retention than before. Switched from one I used before to this and because it's easier to apply, it's easier to get to more of my lashes. Rating will go up to a 5 star from the original 4 because the product does work fully as intended.

This serum definitely helped my lash extensions last longer. After I had the extensions removed my lashes were so damagad they looked like peach fuzz! I used this daily and my lashes started to grow within days. It feels sticky and hard when your lashes aren’t properly cleaned. I recommend lash shampoo vs cleaners that can weaken the lash glue. Avoid oil based cleansers and products including pencil and gel eye liners and micelles water. I use a lash shampoo then a oil free cleanser on my face and let the suds Run through my eyes lashes. This leaves my extensions feeling soft and clean. apply the serum when dry. Do not use the wand like a mascara, just tap the lash line Lash extensions are costly but you also need to invest in after care to make it last. This serum helps the keek the glue moist so it doesn’t break off.
