This memory is incredible! I have an older HP computer and it only had 4gb of ram. I knew I needed to update the memory, but had no idea how much better it would make it perform. I installed it and immediately my computer began to run faster. It's like I have a new computer. No glitches so far and runs smoothly.

Short version: This laptop memory works great in my Dell desktop. Have an old Dell Inspiron 7459 all-in-one desktop. It came with 12 GB of RAM (8+4) and I was wondering if a bit more memory could speed it up. But didn't want to drop any real $$. Was about to order 32 GB of a recommended brand, which would've been about $80 total. Then came across these $27 Hynix sticks. That's the same brand that was already in my Insprion, but I was wary that there might be a subtle difference between this laptop memory and my desktop. Read about speed and pins, etc... but didn't find definitive info about this RAM and my system. Plus all of the memory I found tagged for my 7459 was around $36 per 16 GB stick and up. So must be a difference, right? Nope. This RAM installed without issue. System sensed it and automatically updated. My old 8 and 4 GB sticks were slower than this newer Hynix 16 GB, so I left it out for now. I will probably order an identical 16 so I have 32 GB of matching RAM, all for less than $60. But that might be overkill just to play Warcraft and my old shooter games, lol.

Quick and easy install on my 2019 Dell Inspiron 7590 2n1 laptop/tablet. Doubled my existing memory from 16 to 32gb with matching stick. No worries on compatibility or instability by choosing OEM memory. Really happy it worked so flawlessly and super easy to install. Just pop into second slot and reboot. One warning screen on initial boot up but went away (searched and found this to be a normal and expected occurrence just to let you know it was upgraded) and checked my pc settings and showed the 32gb installed and working working after login. Easiest and cheapest fix I’ve had for my pc in a long time. Making REVIT and my other design programs work so much smoother. Extended my otherwise soon to be outmoded Dell laptop for at least another year or so. Thank you

It works perfect finally got my final upgrade to my Acer nitro 5 an515-53 to make my computer 32 gigs of ram at 2666mhz no problems with any games or loading times I highly recommend. Would have got the 3200mhz but had a existing 16gb 2666mhz so just wanted them to match and for the price you can't beat it. Get it now and experience your computer at its fastest!

I picked up a gaming laptop for my wife so that she is able to join me and some of the games I play. I expected two 8 GB ddr4 chips but upon inspection I noticed it had a single 16 GB ram card of the same specs and brand as this one and decided to give her some extra wiggle room for gaming. I also upgraded the main nvme and added a 2 TB SSD. I have had this ram card installed in her system for 2 years now and as I already expected it has held its reliability in place. The ddr4 style is compatible with her system and was easy to install. The value for the amount of added ram and the small jump in processing speeds is a great bonus for her machine. We game on a daily basis so the extra memory and ram will help hold up her system as games get more resource intensive.

I bought a used Dell Precision 7710. It came with 2 4GB sticks of Hynix memory installed. I wanted to upgrade and the memory was my first project. I had 2 sticks of Crucial that worked in my Dell Latitude 5400. When I installed them I got an error code for invalid memory. I removed those sticks and installed 2 sticks form Team Group and was met with the same error code for invalid memory(2 amber and 5 white flashes)from the power led. I knew memory makes a difference in some laptops so I purchased this 1 stick and installed it and the laptop booted up and recognized the memory. Was thinking I had a bad motherboard but the brand of memory does make a difference.
