This magnet is awesome. I use it on my motorcycle and it’s amazing. I have a grom, that I would put it just on the gas tank. And the bigger bike had a spot hidden by the wind that I could see while riding. It only bounced off once with the regular strength magnet when I hit a massive pothole not paying attention. Fair. I put the magnet on a separate phone case when I ride since I usually have the wallet case. I’m debating trying it in my vehicle. The magnet itself is great and convenient. Keeping in mind the only time it was ever in the wind was on the grom max going 65 mph

I typically don't use my phone while driving. But, I like to know who is calling or texting when I am driving. I also like to have it out of the way when charging it in the vehicle. Plus, sometimes I like to watch You Tube music videos when driving. You can rotate your phone with this device to get a wide-angle view. So, this is an AWESOME product and will work with anything! The adhesive sticks to most surfaces and can be removed without destroying the dash. The magnet is so strong that's all you need to hold your device after attaching a thin metal sticker to it.

I have two magnetic mounts including this one. The other is I think more thoughtfully designed, magnetically shielded to protect the electronics, and significantly more expensive. This mount is getting 5 stars and the other 3. This does everything you expect from a magnetic phone mount while be fairly priced. Sure my other mount was magnetically shielded to protect my device but from all the research I did after, it seems that magnetic shielding for smartphones isn't necessary for this strength of magnet. I could be wrong but I have had no issues using either mount for months now. The two plates included for your device are very thin and in fact can be just placed under a lot of phone cases instead of sticking it to the case or the device. The strength of the magnet is very strong and the phone feels very secure but at the same time removing the device by pushing one side back to angle the plate off the magnet opposed to trying to pull it straight off; works great. It is easy to attach and detach and really beats sliding your phone into and out of some spring loaded arms. The magnet also is behind a rubbery casing so it has some give and won't just snap to your phone too hard. I've only tried one other magnetic mount but I know when I need another, I'm going straight to Scosche. If you're looking for a magnetic mount for your phone, this one is easy to recommend.

I'm very happy with this mount. I would definitely recommend. Before buying I was worried the bigger metal plate wouldn't fit neatly inside my iPhone 6 case, but it fits without any problem. I also worried the base wouldn't stick onto the dashboard, if the surface was slightly curved and had with a groove in the middle, but it does stick.. The main piece of advice I would provide is, the mounting location doesn't need to be perfectly flat and perfectly smooth surface. Obviously the flatter and smoother the mounting area the better, but slight imperfections are ok. I mounted my base where two smooth but slightly curved panels met, and there was a slight gap between those panels. That means my mount is attached on the left, and on the right, but not in the middle (and it is mounted on slightly curved panels). Despite my imperfect mounting location, the mount stays firmly held in place. I saw this magnetic mount on Amazon a few years ago and didn't buy it. I wish I had bought it years ago. In the past I used a Gripco style sticky mount, but it became annoying. So eventually I bought this magnetic mount and it's so much better.

When you don't need the ball-socket type adjustment, this flush mount version works great. The 3M adhesive stick to any clean surface and won't go anywhere. I was surprised to see that this mount also came with the device mounting plates, I wasn't expecting that - and while I didn't need them, it was great to see they were included. I am using this mount to 'daisy-chain' a second device (a USB hub) between my mobile phone and the Scosche ball-socket type mount on my car's dash and works great. Gives me the flexibility to use the hub, while keeping it out of the way, when I need it. I can see other use cases for this flush-mount too - all-in-all the Scosche mounts are a great system.

Plain and simple - It works, and it works well. My phone doesn't budge against this mount...it's 💪. I put mine on a Proclips mount and it marries flawlessly. Im sure this will marry with just about any mount or dash with a flat surface. Buy it, love it, and thank me later.

I absolutely love these flush car magnets. They are so good that I have several in my car that not only hold my cell phone but my smaller ipad as well. The adhesive back is not great but I just put gorilla glue two side tape to the back of the magnet and the magnet turns into a permanent addition to your car. Great sporty look to the magnet and blends into the interior of my vehicle not making it look cheap.
