What is the width of the saddle on this chair? Most are made too wide for a petite person.

I'm looking at getting the Dr. Lomilomi which seems to have the narrowest seat of any of them at 13" wide and 14" deep. They also come in some different colors which is not necessary, but nice. I'm getting the vanilla colored one to match my patient chair.

Are the wheels/casters welded om?

Thanks for inquiry. It is pressed/pushed in rather then welded on. It is pretty tight and should not come out in using for the great quality of the five-star base, also it is flexible for exchange easily into glides or other fixtures. Thanks

How wide is the base section with the wheels? I want to buy a vinyl carpet runner to make it easier to roll beside my long arm quilting machine.

Does it come so i have to put wheels on. Im hopping not having to use the wheels.

This stool requires assembly, including the wheels. However we would definitely NOT recommend this purchase as it is NOT well made at all. Although appealing in design and appearance, this stool could not even hold the weight of a child. We returned it the day after receiving it. Adjustable seat would not stay in position and would slide down to the lowest position.
