The Queen's Corgi (Region B) Royal Corgi

Loved it
This production was extremely well-done; tongue-in-cheek and joyously and unapologetically irreverent. There is as much going on in the background as in the main storyline. Ah, yes, enjoyed the pokes at the visiting President of the United States of America as well as the humorous relationship between Her Majesty and Duke Phillip. As the Queen's servants are setting up for tea, a butler puts out a 2 liter bottle of Covfefe Cola on the serving table, and as one might expect the plot thickens.Rex, Her Majesty's Top Dog, and obviously her favorite, is quite spoiled, pompous and full of himself as the latest addition to the Royal Corgis. After a dreadful mishap with the above mentioned visit with the American President and the First Lady, Rex is disgraced and decides to run away. His adventures result in getting lost from the palace, awakening at the veterinarian's office, sent off to the dog pound, and at last Rex finds himself at a dog fight club. He then begins his long journey to find himself, as he struggles to find his way back home.

Awesome but pls Read
So, I watched the movie loved it, but when I look at the comments about how it's not kid-friendly, I'm like, did they look at the rating? When I start looking for movies for kids, or myself to watch, I always check the rating, which this movie is (PG) Parental Guidance. But, I'm in between 5-15 years old there's nothing wrong with this movie, your decision everyone if you want to let your kids watch it or watch it for yourself and tell them that it has nasty stuff, but overall great movie five stars would watch it again reminds of other movies but I don't care movies a movie soo. 🤷🤷

A complete bore and rude attitude towards Americans
If they wanted to portray British humor and story-lines as a complete bore (YAWN!), then they succeeded "royally" so. Not only did I (for the first time in my life) wish not to look at another Corgi again for as long as I lived...yes, this movie can incite you to wish that they fall off the face of the Earth... I also found that the story represented the queen as being fool-hearty when it comes to her dogs (I hope for England's sake this is a vast misrepresentation). The jokes of American culture and specific states, that the director apparently has issues with and decided to use animation as a therapeutic means for regurgitating his political viewpoints, were loathsome. If you like boredom and love to intellectually ingest political regurgitation, be my guest and watch it. I'm just thankful that I viewed it when it was free; otherwise, I'd be extremely angry. By the way, parents unless you want your kids to see Corgi's as a disloyal murdering breed, I suggest you just don't let this one be seen by your children. The good about it...hmmmm...uhmm, I suppose the idea that if each one stands together, then they make a majority and can change the tide....oh wait but that's quiet American...oh the irony of it: make fun of Americans as Neanderthals but uphold their main value system. Go figure! I bet the director missed that one.

Okay film but lacks originality.
This is an okay film but lacks originality. The plot points have been over used lately and this film did not add anything to make them interesting. There was nothing to make the audience have any simpathy with the main character of the story. They did make fun of the U.S. President, just like how they made fun of Prince Philip and the the palace staff. I am not familiar with Prince Philip, but the jokes on President Trump were believable.

Entertaining and funny animated movie- Definitely not for kids.
If you enjoy crude animated humor then this is the movie for you. Reminds me very much of Sausage Party but with corgis. I really enjoyed the political jokes and the jokes on American and British stereotypes. It was cute, kind of all over the place. As a corgi fan it was fun to see their mannerisms so spot on in a movie. I am glad I watched this before I sent it to my nephews to watch. It is definitely not a children's movie, but I suggested it to all my friends who enjoy humor and animation. I will watch it again before my rental is up.

Very cute cartoon!
This is a cute movie. My biggest dislike was that it used this kids cartoon as another political tool to disrespect President Trump and his wife. To me wether you like them or not doing this is wrong and teaching our kids that at a young age like that is just teaching them to be disrespectful. He is the President of the United States of America. As far as the movie itself goes other than the Trump issue it was cute. Especially if your a Corgi person. Which I am so i was happy to see a cartoon about Corgi's.

Better than the trailers make it seem
I saw the trailer and despite it heavily featuring my favourite country and dog breed, there wasn't much of a plot. Which is how good marketing is done, they don't tell you the entire movie in the trailer, but it could have put a *bit* more meat in it.Anyway. Trailer aside, this movie was great. Nailed Trump perfectly and as an American I was dead with how spot on both he and his wife were "Royal selfie! Cheesesteak!!" Including the 2 jokes that were definitely not meant for kids! I hated the anthropomorphism of their dog, but everything else was great. Very surprised at how much I enjoyed it and how much of a plot there actually was.

I really liked it
Usually cartoon flicks don't entertain me. This one did. I liked the movie so much that after renting it, I went back and bought it. It made me laugh.I think the rating on it is correct. It's not meant for small children. The movie specifies that it's for teens and up (it says "13+" right under the title so there's no missing it). BTW, the movie makes it very clear that inappropriate and/or aggressive sexual behavior is not acceptable, so if you have a teenager watching it, the message they'll get is, "never act like this."My two cents' worth.
