Do not buy!!!
If you look at other reviews you will see that the seller is horrible. I tried messaging for help and nearly a month later after having to send multiple emails they advise me they cannot help.-Now the internal belt is slipping after using it for a little over a year maybe once a week.-the belt is not able to be tensioned and they told me that they don't have replacement parts nor is the product under warranty so they can't replace it or refund in any way.- poor design-poor service-high price

Totally Unreliable
I have had this for a few months and the belt stops because the power goes off. Needless to say it won't come back on at all except for a few hours later. When it stops you loose your balance which makes it a danger for falling. I have contacted the company that sells this thru Amazon but have not been able to get any help. I would never buy it again and looks like I will have to spend another $500.00 for another brand. I was ripped off.UPDATE-- I figured out that it must be the power cord so I bought one myself and the company reimbursed me. It now works without stopping

Arrived Damaged, Missing Parts
This item arrived damaged and missing parts like the power cable and remote. The box in which this item is shipped, is extremely thin and does not contain features - like foam or cardboard supports - to protect your treadmill. This method of careless shipping indicates the seller may not be concerned with the quality of their product and is likely out to make a quick buck. If you want a budget under desk treadmill, this item is not for you. Do not recommend.

The remote broke after 2 months and can’t start the treadmill. Amazon support isn’t helpful so far
The treadmill worked fine for 2 months but the remote stopped connecting even after battery replacement. Amazon can’t help and basically said to contact the manufacturer which is in the UK. I sent an email but no reply so far. we can only return within 30 days

Badly designed, cheap junk
When I stand on it at 1mph, it completely stops, at 2mph it slows considerably. I’m under the weight limit. This is clearly just a piece of junk.

Did not receive items needed.
Item didn’t arrive with a remote or safety key. Could I still use the product? Now the item is out of stock and arrived late.Anyone else have these concerns?
