This rope is blistering fast. I do not recommend these for begginers for two reasons-1- They are way too fast2- If your new to criss cross and hit yourself it will hurt!!!That being said, these are probably the greatest rope for boxers and Muay Thai martial artist because they will give you the toughest workout of your life! The handles are super sweet, feel like two tennis rackets.I recommend to boil the ropes when you first get them because they might be a little tangled, but after that, I swear you will be covered in a pile of pure sweat!

Really nice and solid jump rope. Took this out for a few workouts now. I have the Rx Smartgear as well as the other WOD Nation speed rope, so I've been able to compare the three. Overall, the WOD Nation ropes are a great value compared to the more expensive Rx Smart Gear ropes. In my opinion, I would go with something more affordable like these ropes from WOD Nation especially if you're starting out and learning double unders or even if you are a seasoned crossfit enthusiast. I don't know if a really expensive rope is going to improve your numbers.The added bonus with this attack speed rope is that it comes with two different rope cables, one thinner and one thicker, so you can choose the best one based upon your skill and development level with double unders.

The feel of this rope is top notch! I have WOD Nation's speed rope and I was skeptical that this one could compete with it; but oh yes it does. This jump rope is very good quality and I HIGHLY recommend getting it!

I love this rope! It came in a nice bag, and when I took it out I was impressed with the quality of the jump rope! I then changed out the smaller rope that came on It, with the thicker rope that came with It, it was so easy to swap out and adjust!

Solid product. I’ve used it every day since getting it and it works much better than other speed ropes I have used before. The heavy rope makes double unders nice and when doing circuits you can really feel your upper body working it. I haven’t used the light rope yet but I’m sure it gets whipping as well. The handles are very nice and don’t get slick with sweaty hands. The rope is easily adjustable and seems durable. I have been using it outside and it is obviously worn but hasn’t shown any signs of cheap construction in my opinion.

I previously had another rope and was getting no where with double unders and was frustrated beyond belief. The difference between the WOD Nation rope and my previous rope is like night and day. This rope is fast! Within a few weeks I'd got my first double unders and within a few practice sessions I was stringing multiple together. The handles are comfortable and I like the little 'thumb notch' for hand positioning. I hope to be using this rope for many years to come.

The heavier rope makes learning double unders easier as it provides better feedback on where the rope is in its cycle. Would recommend to anyone struggling to do consistent double unders. Bonus is once you are confident you can swap to the lighter and faster rope.

Wire was hard to cut but overall a great product

I purchased this rope at the end of Oct and used it daily. Overall it worked well, spun easily and was better them most ropes within price range. compared to my wife's it's not that equal- she has a RX rope.However some issues.1. Metal pin which the rope connects to fell into the handle, cant use it now, returning it.2. no additional ropes can be purchased.3. sent an email to WOD no response. customer service may be lacking...So over all, it worked well for the time i owned it. Additionally, a big positive was the fact that the rope can be adjusted, unlike some of the more expensive ropes on the market. If the pin never fell i would still be using it.regards,

Jump rope appears to be high quality although I've only used it a couple of times (a neck injury prevents me from jumping). However, I've been pleased with the materials, flexibility and comfort of using the rope. I used a Dremel with metal cutting blade to customize the length.

This rope set is a bit light weight for me. Was hoping the ropes each would have been a tad heavier. But overall seems decent build Quality. I liked the ease of adjusting the rope length and attachiing. I gave 4 out of 5 Stars because 1 of the handles grinds when you try to spin it. The other handle spins freely and is really nice and quiet. Looks like they are a sealed type of bearing. So I doubt I can oil/lube it. Guess I got a bad handle. It happens.

I am not super proficient at jump rope, so this was just right for right now. If you don't feel committed enough to splash the cash for a cross rope this will definitely get you started.

Excellent speed and smooth turning. Handle spins continuously on its own while heals by rope. The two weights of rope are easily adjustable. Would highly recommend!!!

Good for doble unders with the speed cable but the other cable is kind of pointless is not thick enough to be consider a heavy cable for forearms work out so I would recommend getting a thicker cable for another brand if you want to do weighted jumps.

Love the rope. The two sizes came in handy while learning double unders. I'm also a fan of the oversized handles. Really easy to change the rope too.

This item broke within 1 day. The bearing on a handle is extremely tight and will not rotate now, making the jump rope completely useless. Back to my reliable $5 speed rope. Disappointing. Will not purchase from this company ever again.

Held up great and works really well. Favorite of several ropes for crossfit I have purchased. Some of my other ropes has plastic components that kept snapping. This is built tougher.

Serves its purpose. Adjustable and lots of extra cable.
