Westland Moss Master Natural Moss Remover and Feeder Fertiliser enhances Lawn and Root Health up to 400m2 Coverage 18kg

Beware - This product (18kg) will only cover the stated 400 sq. mts if used at the lowest rate of 45g per sq mt which is the lowest rate for lawn feed only - not moss eradication. You will probably buy this to get rid of moss for which the rate is (up to) 150g per mt so will only cover 120 sq mts.Originally I gave this only 2 stars for the reason above which still holds true. However I have increased this to 4 stars as, despite my being sceptical about how it would treat the moss I find that, in fact, it is working quite well and worth the extra cost. The moss, instead of going black as usual has gone a grey colour and really does seem to be breaking down without racking it out.

As others mention, you need 150g per sqm if you’re killing moss. Put strings down a meter apart, brush and rake to mark the sqm. Weighed and scattered. Watered it in with hose and sprinkler.Two weeks later, moss dead and disappearing, grass thick and green.Grit yer teeth and get yer money out. It’s worth it.

Very pleased with this product. It really does get rid of quite extensive moss, if one follows the instructions carefully. No black areas, the moss just fades away.

Great product kills all moss

Excellent product. My lawn had become full of moss over winter and I wanted something that was easy to use with no scarifying. Made a dramatic difference to the grass within a few days and now weeks later the moss has gone and the lawn is lovely & green. Down side of course is the cost but I will be using again.
