I like it because it is sublingual. The taste is not bad and not good. Just kind of tasteless, but it gets in the system faster and does make a difference. So many of my supplements are white capsules and it is a nightmare trying to figure out which is what. I take 2 of these a day AM and Noon, and I can tell a difference if I miss one. it was prescribed by my integrative doctor. I feel better when I take them.

You'll need to crush tablet with your front teeth to get it to dissolve. Otherwise, I find it more effective that capsules.

This the first time that I bought a sublingual product. This product was highly recommended by a renowned psychiatrist and a distinguished nutritionist. It was to be used by my wife who is in high anxiety during her mental health treatment. After 20+ minutes, the tablet did not dissolve sublingually. It was still hard and totally non dissolvable. I tested a second tablet and got the same result. Totally, non dissolvable!I contacted the QC Manager of the manufacturer. I was informed that if this product does not dissolve within 1 to 2 minutes, it is most likely near its expiration date and/or it was not stored properly at Amazon's point of distribution. I asked Amazon for a replacement bottle but with a different expiration date. I received the replacement bottle the next day. However, it had exactly the same batch number and expiration date imprinted on the carton as the one that didn't work the previous day. Shame on Amazon. Needless to say, I got the same result. NON DISSOLVABLEI I didn't expect it to be any different and it wasn't.A word of CAUTION to anyone purchasing sublingual products, from any retailer. Before you use it, check the expiration date and test the product yourself if you can; before it is given to someone who really needs it. A non dissolvable sublingual pill for reducing stress and/or anxiety can lead to MORE ANXIETY!UPDATE! New product from the manufacturer.Recently, I obtained a bottle of product directly from the company, Superior Source. The expiration date was good this time. I followed their printed directions as I had done previously with the bottles supplied by Amazon. However, the unexpired tablets I tried behaved similarly to the ones I purchased previously from Amazon. I APOLOGIZE AMAZON! It was not your storage procedures that the tablets did not dissolve instantly, as suggested by the QC Manager of this company. Their tablets just don't dissolve instantly under the tongue.When I purchase a product and read the printed information on the package, I believe the advertising until I try the product. I assume that when the package says "Instant dissolve tablets", that the labeling is truthful, and the product contained in the package confirms that statement. In this case, it does not! The printed statement on their package is very misleading!

I have been taking these on & off again for a few years. I do know they always make me feel better, more energy.

I take this daily and have for several years! This was recommended by my holistic physician!

*UPDATE* These SUBLINGUAL tablets DO indeed melt but at least for me, it takes longer than one full hour to completely dissolve. This should be mentioned somewhere in the description for the product. They are NOT 'Quick Dissolve', as advertised.My ND recommended I start daily pregnenolone 100mg for memory and mood changes I’ve noticed over the past year.I don’t have much money at the moment and because I really wanted to get started, I decided on this brand as it’s not as cost prohibitive as others. I know Superior Source has been around for many years and have a history of taking their sublingual B12.I figured I would have enough for 25-days of 100mg dosing.The issue is: these do not dissolve. Upon realizing this, I went back to read the bottle to make sure I ordered dissolving tabs. They are indeed advertised as ‘Quick Dissolve’. After about 20 minutes under my tongue, the tab looks virtually the same in size and shape. Maybe I don’t have the right amount of saliva? I’m starting to doubt my own body now – what the heck?Here's how I remedy this: I let the tablet sit under my tongue, in the deepest pocket, where it moistens and warms as much as possible. After about 15-20-minutes, I gently pulverize the tablet with my front teeth and shove the powdered remnants back under my tongue. This method eventually dissolves the entire tablet.Hoping when these run out, I will be in a better place financially to be able to level up the brand to actual pills.
