Whirlpool 3801F656-51 Bracket

We have ordered these brackets many times because we come across ranges that people have thrown away the anti-tip brackets. We like to order these because they can be used for most ranges and depending on which way you install the bracket it can be used if the feet are close to the wall or a long way away. The downside is, most anti-tips have stronger metal so when you install them you can just use the center holes and screw them into the wall. On these however the metal is too weak and has to be screwed into the floor as well. So many times we have to screw through the tile floors.

Used this on my Whirlepool stove. The feet would not fit bit I was able to make it a touch wider with metal sheers and it ended up fitting. I also cut it in half so I have 2 catches on two feet.

I bought this to comply with a home inspection and it does the job. My only complaint is that you HAVE to screw it into the floor. If you only attach it to the wall, it will bend and the stove will tip.

Worked out perfect. You can lay the long side or the short side to the floor, all depends on how much gap you want the range from the wall.

Exactly as described. I had to purchase this to secure my stove in order to sell my house. Not sure if this is code or not but it worked fine. Only thing is if you have to secure to floor you will have holes in whatever material you have for flooring in the kitchen. But this is really not a big deal as the stove will cover it.

Builder did not install this when I bought house. Needed it to sell. Floor is ceramic title so I was able to use longer screws into sole plate of wall. Easy to install.

Worked just fine for my purposes. I have a late 90's - early 2000's era Kenmore model 911.93712021.
