Protein packed pasta alternative
I was really impressed with this edamame spaghetti! It’s such a great low carb, high protein alternative to regular pasta and fits perfectly into my healthy eating goals. The texture is firm, not mushy, and it holds up well with sauces whether it’s a simple marinara, stir-fry, or even just olive oil and garlic.I love that it’s gluten-free, vegan, and made with clean ingredients, so it feels good to eat while still being really satisfying. The protein content is amazing, and it keeps me full without the heavy feeling of traditional pasta. This has quickly become one of my go-to pantry staples for easy, healthy meals.

Tastes like "real" spaghetti and packed with protein
This stuff is packed with protein and mimics "real" spaghetti pretty well. With enough sauce I really couldn't tell the difference. It's expensive but keeps me within my calorie budget and helps me meet my protein goals, all while enjoying an Italian meal. I'll buy it again.

Chewed Chewing Gum texture.
I'm always looking for a low carb alternative. Health claims aside this looks good, no smell like konjac but it has the texture of chewed chewing gum. The taste is neutral. Neither good nor bad.

Actually… pretty dang good
NO BS — this is good. Tastes way better than chickpea pasta!!! I rinse it with cold water after boiling and it tastes pretty dang good to me. Anyone who says it tastes awful is over exaggerating and probably eats a lot of fattening pasta lol. It’s a little expensive per box but it does pack in a lot of protein.

Delicious and good for you
Spaghetti noodles made from peas 🫛! Zero carbs and packed with flavor. These are much better tasting and are good for you unlike everyday ordinary noodles.

Honesty is important. Good, but not great.
Since nobody on this website wants to be honest, let me leave this here. These noodles are NOT a suitable replacement for wheat flour spaghetti. The flavor is beany. The noodles are slightly rubbery upon chewing. The noodles seem to lack volume and have a slightly coarse texture.I was hopeful this would be a good fit for my pasta dishes since it likely contains little to no glyphosates (a modern problem that I think everybody should get educated on).The people claiming that these noodles taste "just like regular spaghetti" are simply trying to justify their purchase and choice while throwing a blind eye to any gimmick they deem worthy of trying. I would even go so far as to conclude these people are simply tasting the sauce and ignoring the vessel. If that's your think, go for it.While these noodles aren't awful, I won't be substituting with them. Wheat is most popular for a reason. (Just wish wheat didn't have all the glyphosates...)To put this product into perspective... this is 9x more expensive to buy than regular pasta, and it's a terrible choice for that price. Had this been more of a reasonable price, I'd consider keeping some in my pantry for quick pasta dishes. Most pasta goes for anywhere between 5c/oz and 8c/oz in typical grocery stores. This costs 48c/oz.These are not bad noodles, but given the price, I can't recommend.

Excellent High Protein Food - Love It!
I was so excited to find this pasta alternative on Amazon. I haven't had it in 15 years and have been looking for it. It is a fantastic high high-protein, organic food, especially for someone who doesn't eat meat and is perimenopausal who needs lots and lots of protein everyday. I have it with butter and salt. I cook mine for no longer than 4 minutes. If you need more protein, this is an excellent source. It is really hard to find soy products that are organic. My next purchase will be the large box. It does not taste anything like pasta, it has it's own taste.

Ripped off
The listing online is very misleading. The way it is written it seems that I was ordering 6 packages but all I got was one. One sixth of the 8 oz is 1.33 oz of product which is not even one full serving. I can get this box locally or through instacart for about $6. Instead I paid over $20 with shipping. What a total rip off. this sucks
