I have had one for two years and it reliable
Easy to use, reliable, and cheap to run. I haven't bought any detol or milton for nearly two years. My dogs are fed raw dog food and I sterilise with this - so there have been no health problems for the family. I have used it on athletes foot and to clean cuts on myself and my pets. Doesn't sting any more than any other product and doesn't discolour stuff like Iodine (no longer available in pharmacies in the UK anyway).
