Just like the Title says, they are "Dry Roasted." Why is this important to ones health? For one, most people don't know the bigger brand of nut producing companies out there roast their cashews in peanut oil. I for one can not even come close to peanuts or any product that's been processed where peanuts have also been processed, as it'll set-off a Gout Attack. So them being "Dry Roasted" is a huge deal for me! They are "Unsalted." This too is a huge factor in the 'why' I bought these cashews from "We Got Nuts!" For those of us that have to watch our salt intake, these Cashews by "We Got Nuts" is perfect for us. But it did take me a little getting use to eating unsalted cashews. The ole body like it's salt. But after a few days of munching down on these Cashews they are so fresh and tasty that you don't even notice that they are not salted. They are also of a "Premium Quality." All you have to do is just taste one of them to know that this is true! They are also "Kosher." To me this is also a huge selling point! Especially for those of us that seek out Kosher products because we KNOW that they are WAY BETTER for us than non-kosher products! So, if you buy these "Dry Roasted - Unsalted - Premium Quality - Kosher - Cashews - By: "We Got Nuts" you can't go wrong! Especially if your having to watch your salt intake, and don't want to consume any form of peanuts. Actually, peanuts are the ABSOLUTE WORST nut one can eat! Far worst than any tree nut. I have a small dish of these every night, and I LOVE them! This company takes pride in their product, they are CONSISTENTLY GOOD...I finally broke down and bought the 5# bag, that is how much I love them! I keep all of them in the freezer, I put probably a couple of cups into a smaller zip lock bag so it is easier to handle nightly, and the rest of them are kept in the original bag which is a good heavy zip lock style bag. These are kept FRESH period! They are KOSHER if you desire that, I thought that was pretty great! Also VERY little small bits, seriously these are BIG chubby whole cashews! I would SO suggest these to ANYONE who LOVES the good rich creaminess of quality cashews without all the added salt and oils!!! YUM!

The ginormous bag of unsalted cashews is absolutely delicious. I will be purchasing again. Good value too.

So I am not a cashew person. However! I recently learned a lot of vegan recipes like sauces, dressings and desserts. Did you know the main ingredient in those is cashews? I was buying a small container of these from my local grocery store for 17$! You got maybe half a container. I’m thinking that’s way too expensive for how quickly I go through them. Well anyways, I found these and you get 5 pounds for under 40$! That’s a steal if you ask me. These are perfect because they are raw and unsalted which is exactly what I needed. With these I make vegan Alfredo sauce, Parmesan, pesto, and even cheesecake! All vegan. Who would’ve thought, cashews? Can do that? I am not really a nut person but you get that rich nutty flavor and I really do like it, I’m just not a fan of the consistency eating them straight out of the bag. So If you also like to make vegan recipes, I cannot recommend recipes by Nora Cooks enough. She is my go to. I will almost never run out of these I’m so happy! Buy them!!!

I was skeptical as the nuts came from Africa, but nuts were clean and first quality.

Quite tasty and fresh but annoying bag zipper failure occurs all the time. Poor quality bag and zipper. Should be high quality bag like that provided by Fiddyment Farms. The zipper on their bag never fails.

These cashews are fresh and I have found no bad ones in them like another well-known brand I have quit buying. I got them because they are full of potassium, magnesium, and calcium, which is good for my heart.

not sure what has happened to these nuts but i have bought these on numerous occassions and you would get the occasional bad tasting nut. the last couple times i have bought these it seems like 1 out of every 5 or so nuts is rancid and tastes like chemicals/gas/oil etc. not sure what is going on but i not a big fan of eating chit that tastes like they have been soaking in chemicals.
