Very effective
Keeps coffee very hot, doesn't warm my hands like the plastic ones but that's OK

The best reusable cup out there - PERIOD. Pay the price and never pay again.
Firstly, I highly recommend the stainless steel walled version of the KeepCup because of the fantastic heat retention. I cannot speak for the other versions but I don't believe they're as well insulated.For me there are three elements that a travel/reusable cup should be assessed on:Comfort/feeling - the KeepCup is one of the nicest feeling travel cups I've used, it feels great in the hand and it feels great to drink from both with or without the lid. I think it looks great and you've got a choice of a boat load of colours and sizes. I believe you can customise your own KeepCup on the website with choice of colour for every component.Heat retention - hands down the best heat retention for any travel cup. This almost becomes a bit of a problem as a hot cup of tea can sometimes take a while to be drinkable. I'm not going to complain though, the cup is doing it's job!Portability/spillage issues - no problems here at all. I've kept the KeepCup in a bag/car/everywhere. It's been upside down, sideways and done some flips and I'm yet to have a spillage disaster. It's also not too big at the base so it seems to fit in pretty much any cup/drinks holder.Spend the money. Get a KeepCup. Thank me later.

Nice to hold
I purchased this keepcup for a present. The recipient was absolutely delighted with it. Feels great and kewps drinks hot!The only thing I'd mention is that the colour looked better in the photo than realality as it does look more brown than mauve. Other than that no issues at all.

I have had a few keep cups but this is my first thermal one - only negative is liquid bubbles up through the centre all the time which didn’t happen on my normal keepcup

Great e felt for the dead fly
My cup had a dead fly in the bottom when it arrived. Just feel the seller should be aware and check out whoever packs up the cups. The Keep cup is great - would just have been better without a dead fly in it as it was a gift!

Looks good but came with scratch
It looks great. I love the colour.Unfortunately came already scratched.Will try to return and get a replacement.

Feels good but only insulates for a few hours
Like the design, keeps liquid in but disappointing coffee isn't hot for long considering the price

Love this cup
This keeps my coffee warm outdoors a lot longer than than the paper cups. It also works well in the summer to keep drinks cool!
