Ranger Embossing Powder, .60 oz, White

This product is good. I used it on my handmade greeting cards. The quality is good and the price is also good.

Works great. Used it to make the snowflakes on a Christmas tag.

I've already ordered another bottle, really nice!

Heat embossing

I'm surprised the review options included "sheerness". I can't imagine why you would want sheer white heat embossed images. I use the white to make gorgeous white outlined stamped images on colored cardstock for greeting cards. The Ranger products are always good. The powder is fine enough to stick to the ink but bold enough to make a solid image. It can be used with Versa mark ink which if clear so you get a great image.

I love the Ranger embossing powders and needed a white powder to finish a project. It arrived on time and the shipping package was not damaged but when I opened the package, embossing powder got on my hands and some on the floor. I looked closer and could see part of the cellophane around the top of the container had powder on it and was a bit lifted from the container. I proceeded to open the container (since I needed to finish the project) and more powder was coming out as I did this. Once I had the cellophane removed, I discovered the problem. The lid was cracked and that had allowed some of the powder to come out. Embossing powders are not cheap (although I know they go far), but I don't like having some of it wasted due to a defective lid. I did give 4 stars because the product arrived on time and I was able to complete my project, but....I am not happy that part of the container's contents was lost inside the shipping envelope and on my hands and floor when I opened the package. I guess Quality Control didn't see the cracked lid and let this slip by and be put out for sale and for that aspect, I'd give zero stars! I am attaching photos to show this defective container.
