seems like a reputable company and quality product. I have taken other products but this mix means I only take one type of pill instead of two. If I turn 100 while taking this product I will sing its praises, but in general this and a can of sardines a week keeps my cholesterol readings near ideal levels, but maybe that is just me (I do exercise but not like I should), your mileage may vary. Howevr if it works for me I will not change. If it ain't broke don't fix it.

Best thing there is to stop inflammation and joint pain! 6 caps a day for 6 mths and then 4 a day thereafter. Its the borage oil in it that makes it so good.
