Solid first aid pack
Bought this to add to my first aid kit for larger items. The size was as described. Zippers and fabric high quality. Functions as expected. Versatile as I have a lot of items packed into this pack. Great design and straps hold pouch together and items inside in place.

Battle tested. Been around and came back worn, but no worse for the wear.
I bought for the size. Not big not small. became After a year in places I'd have rather not been, this stupid little thing became one of my goto bags. The materials, the quality of construction, it will not let you down.

Good value for cost but questionable longevity.
For barely ten dollars, I'm satisfied with what I received, but if I could do this again, I would spend a bit more for something with better quality control. The Good: I was able to fit a ton of stuff into this little pack although it took some time to figure out the best configuration for what I would be using. The Bad: Item does have a slight chemical smell to it which actually comes off onto my hands as well so I would recommend cleaning it up before packing it.The Ugly: As shown in the picture, there is a small zippered pouch. The bottom mesh is loose not because it came that way but because the lower portion of the zipper was stitched entirely through the pouch making that half of the pouch unusable. I had to cut a few of the threads then I was able to remove the stitching on that side however obviously I now need to resew the mesh back to the zipper. The other side of the zipper was properly stitched. For the cost, this was an easy purchase. The question now is how long will this last? If you're going to be running around and beating this thing up, you might want to look at alternatives with better quality control.

Another great pouch
I love this medical pouch. I've kept an extended first aid kit in it, plus other things I use a lot. Very tough and versatile.

Amazing capacity for small kit!
This first aid kit is absolutely amazing for it's price and size. Regarding the kit it self the zippers have very strong stitching and the material beaded up water when I poured some on it to test it's water resistance. It's the size of a small lunch pack and it has several internal pockets and spaces for a very well stocked medical kit, and loops that hold medicine bottles or tubes perfectly. My son is on a national team and I bought this for him to travel with as some countries medical supplies is hard to come by without going to a pharmacy or accepting local currency. I literally stocked this kit with numerous products reflecting almost every medical scenario not requiring a trip to a hospital and everything fit perfectly without bulging the thickness of the bag. My son loves it because it fits perfectly in his checked baggage and even fully stocked it is very light.

Really great IFAK
Been using this thing for a while now, really enjoy it.First had this attached to the molle on my backpack, then on a range bag, and finally on my gun cart.I run this thing with 2x pack gauze, 2x pairs of chest seal, 2x 6 inch Israeli style bandages, 2x NAR Tourniquets, trauma shears, gloves, and a sharpie. You can actually fit even more in this if you wanted to add quickclot or airway management like NPAs or tongue depressors. The MOLLE and velcro field means you can attach your blood type and NKDA patches while also attaching extra pouches for torniquets, chem lights, or decompression needles. My favorite thing about it is you can unclip the buckle and just rip it off the velcro for a quick deploy. I'll be running this IFAK for the rest of my life probably.
