Perfect fit and hard wearing
I'm using this product to cover spiked metal feet on a heavy tripod fir use indoors. I measured the leg diameter and the product fitted like a glove. A cheap solution to a potentially very expensive problem, especially as I use this tripod in the newly floored spare room - spiked metal feet and nice new wood flooring, not an ideal combination...Now, no problem!

Tough, suitble for walking stick rather than crutch
Other ferrules are very chunky and tend to be light grey color making them suitable for crutches and similar. Theses are slimmer and black so are not so prominent on walking stick. They also are made of a tougher rubber and do not wear out so quickly

did the job
I have a hospital issue walking stick - the ferule had split and was unsafe to use. These replacements were a perfect fit and almost identical to the original, including the steel washer insert.
