The Snak Yard Shiitake Mushroom 7.5 Oz Crispy Crunchy & Seasoned - PACK OF 4

I love these mushrooms. I was terribly disappointed when my Costco stopped selling them. We love them, the kids love them, I turned my girlfriends on to them...and now...poof they are no longer offered. So I turned to Amazon and found them here. Yes, 2x the price. Sure, whatever. BUT the mystery lies in the Nutrition Facts. Very mysterious, and I am hoping the seller reads this and explains. WHY oh why was a sticker put over the original nutrition facts? They do NOT read the same as the Nutrition Facts I got from Costco. They taste the same. What gives? See picture. BIG difference in Carbs - this "Amazon" bag has 19g Total Carbs, 4 gr fiber, and 10g sugar. The ones from Costco? 8gr Total Carbs, 7 gr Fiber, 4 gr sugar!??? Do you see the problem? 15 net carbs per serving vs. 1 net carb??? Either they are lying before or lying now. Either way I'm frustrated as what I thought was a Keto friendly snack, is clearly not.

These mushrooms are honestly so good and very underrated. They are healthier than most snacks I have at home but the taste of these mushrooms are not compromised which is amazing. They are so crispy and the flavor is out of the world. The seasoning used doesn't hide or overwhelm the natural flavor of the mushroom which is awesome as most other brands either use too little seasoning or no seasoning at all. Snak Yard has managed to find a middle ground and I am far from disappointed. I highly recommend these to anyone looking for healthier snacks or just love mushrooms.

These mushroom snacks are seasoned just right. Maybe a smidge too salty. However, after eating a few, the texture gets a little odd. For me, they are not something I could eat a lot of in one sitting (like potato chips), but they are a really great addition to a cocktail hour. Interesting for conversation and most people will try them. I may experiment by adding some to another dish, like scrambled eggs or even spaghetti sauce.

I love shiitake mushrooms but these are better than expected! They are not like the dehydrated mushrooms I have seen at stores. These look full and have a satisfying crunch while maintaining an addicting flavor.Highly recommended for mushroom fans!

Its expensive for how fast it gets eaten. But it's also the only product I know of with this consistancy so they can charge for uniqueness. I doubt that will be true for long as I am seeing mushroom fad take place, I'm seeing a lot more mushroom products in local grocery stores lately like jerky. But so far this is the best I've tried

We kiddingly call these our “crack” mushrooms because they are so delicious! All of our guests have loved these! I would definitely recommend! They also add a bit of something to the mundane appetizer offerings!

These little morsels are seriously like crack in a bag. They are so good, crunchy, and full of flavor. I have a hard time not eating the whole bag at one sitting....even if I'm not hungry. I'm so glad I took a chance on buying these.

These snacks are terrific! We love the crunchy taste and great seasoning --- not to mention they are good for your health, particularly your immune system, and we need that right now!
