Product arrived packaged very well. However, within the first couple of days they stopped working properly. The bluetooth connection became very faulty and the quality of sound was consequently very poor. Had to return. Very disappointed.

Sound quality is great, and also great value for money. I lost the left earpiece on my original set and rather than purchase one from the Apple Store, this, refurbished set came in and around the same price, so it was a no-brainer!

Don’t buy this product guys. I got this just 2 months ago and it has stopped working. Both ears. The first one stopped and after a while the other stopped.

The item i purchased was great, sound quality is amazing, battery life is great. It is a great value for money

This product and the service received from Amazon in trying to get my refund after a defective product has been nothing less than disgraceful and personally if and when I manage to get my refund I will never buy from Amazon again and I will advice everyone I possibly can to do the same.
