ProsourceFit Flex Foam Rollers for Muscle Massage, Physical Therapy, Core & Balance Exercises Stabilization

I ordered this foam roller on the advice of my massage therapist and I'm already, 3 days in, rejoicing at how effective this simple tool is for me. Hamstrings, quads, calfs, lats-- it get to all those spots I could never get to by myself. I'm especially happy with the magic it works with my lats, which have become very sore as this new summer swim season begins. Although I've never used a foam roller before, I find that this medium stiffness is fine for me and I welcome the relief it provides. Should last forever, with my 110 lb body...

This is a very hard roller and does not have much/any give at all. Some people may not like how hard it is so that is why I am leaving this review. I like this roller but I think I will also look for a softer one and use both. I do not mind how hard it is myself, really moves around the fat/muscles/skin/bones. If you end up purchasing it, do not remove the plastic right away. Put it on the ground and try it, if you do not like it, it will still be sealed and you can send it back. If you remove the plastic, try it and do not like it, they cannot resell it as new if you return it. Enjoy!

Great for back hyperextentions. Also, I use it under my shoulder blades for floor weighted exercise such as presses with heavy hand weights, bands and medicine balls.

Very good size and not too invasive

So far it's holding up after using it 2x a week for a few months now. It's harder than I thought it would be, and it hurt at first. However, it softened up a bit, or it helped me work out some pain. Either way, it's less painful now and is really making a difference in my physical therapy. I'm glad I bought it. Also the length of it is great if you need to lay on it with it going up your spine to help expand your pecs.
