Comfort fit
The inserts are a little tight to get into my shoes but are great for the comfort they provide. I have arthritis in my foot and they give me the support and comfort I need.

Too wide and deep for most shoes
These are so uncomfortable because they are too wide to fit in all my shoes and the bump isn't in an area that provides any support. They are of no value because I can't wear them. I wish I had listened to the other reviews and that I hadn't wasted so much time trying to make them work. A waste of time and money.

They work great in my Asics Gel Kayano. Provide a nice molded cushioning for my flat feet. Were recommended by my podiatrist.
