I have chronic pain issues from a car accident several years ago. I already owned a foam roller and theracane, both of which I love dearly so I didn't really expect to wowed much by this product. However, I must say I was completely impressed by these massage balls. There are some areas in particular that these items are pretty much the best for getting at (glutes, chest, and neck). After a week of using these I honestly can't imagine living without them and as I said, I liked them so much I got a set to keep on hand at work so I can roll out problem areas during breaks. I highly recommend these if you have any kind of structural or muscular problems.

I purchase this with additional wooden roller because I knew the wooden one wouldn't get into the small nooks and crannies. When I first got it I didn't really use it that much and it was hard to get used to but I was just being lazy until my knees started hurting. Once I learn how to use it properly without force and learning how to work the troubled areas. I couldn't be more grateful FINALLY my knees stop hurting my shoulder blades aren't sore I was smiling again (knees were hurting for about a year on and off) not any more since I found these balls. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that has soreness, knee pain, foot pain back pain, hip pain whatever you got it will help you. The only thing please take it slow and learn how to use it properly don't use it with too much force.

I've had problems with tight hips, glutes and my lower back forever. A firm foam roller with knobbies still doesn't really do the trick. Only a deep tissue massage works.Until these bad boys. 20 minutes later my back and flutes felt fantastic. Work with these patiently and dilligentely to work out any tight muscle.Construction is high quality and well made. Not to mention this is a great value for all you get.

These are incredible. I had recently strained my left rhomboid muscle and was in pretty bad pain for days. These balls work wonders at getting deep into muscles that are hard to get to. I really like the big orange spiky ball, I thought it was going to be too hard and painful to use, but it is the real star of the show here. It really grips your fascia and gives a deep massage to the muscles beneath. The dual lacrosse balls are perfect for working the back and neck.

Arrived fast and as advertised. Great stuff. I'd been borrowing a lacrosse ball from a friend at work to sort out a bothersome muscle flail so I decided to order these. The spiked ball is slightly larger and actually did the trick twice as well and now I have an extra lacrosse ball to leave at office for after racquetball use.I'd order again or recommend without hesitation.

These are simply amazing! I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, and Restless Leg Syndrome so my muscles get stiff, sore, and knotted up. Using the black ball to hit pressure points and knots is so wonderful! I use it against a wall. Perfect pressure. I use the pointy ball when my legs get bad.

LOVE THIS PACKAGE! Having lacrose balls at home (instead of just at the gym) is a great addition. My husband and I have found ways to use them for active massage, sort of like hot stone, but using balls on key trigger points. And the spiky ball is just awesome. Why have I never had one of these before?!?!

Ich habe bisher die Minibälle von Blackroll zur punktuellen Massage benutzt (besonders gerne im LWS-Bereich).Ich wollte jedoch einen Ball haben, der ein bisschen weicher ist, damit ich noch mehr in die Tiefe gehen kann, aber ohne blaue Flecken zu bekommen.Dafür sind die kleineren Bälle hervorragend geeignet. Sie sind so ähnlich wie ein festes Silikon, geben ein ganz klein wenig nach, so dass man sich schwerer drauf rumrollen kann, im Gegensatz zu der original Blackroll, die steinhart ist.Den großen stacheligen Ball habe ich meinem Freund geschenkt, da er für mich als Frau und Fliegengewicht mit 54 kg doch leider noch zu hart ist und nicht genug nachgeben kann.

Excellent item. Firm and large enough to take the knots of out large tight muscle groups very quickly. I usually put the large blue ball on the floor and lie on it to roll out my tight back muscle. Very effective, would definitely recommend

Ancora una volta la decisione di acquistare un prodotto WOD Nation non è stata sbagliata.Il set è ottimo per le mie esigenze, in quanto usavo già da alcuni mesi un foam roller, ma stavo cercando qualcosa di più "incisivo".Come surplus, una volta fatto l'acquisto mi è arrivato, via mail, un PDF con alcuni esempi di uso delle sfere e alcuni link a video esplicativi.Ottimo, lo consiglio decisamente.

Comparado con otros productos de Amazon, esta pack es de lo mejor en calidad precio. Las bolas negras son las típicas de Lacrosse que se usan en cualquier box de crossfit. La naranja es tal también para mobilty. Recomendable

Never played lacrosse in my life. So I never had a reference point for ball firmness. I love these! Nice and firm and I just torture my back with these! Muscles twitching and releasing. Good massage balls

Just upset as it states two solid balls and the other one with bumps and I only received one of each there were other options for a bit cheaper if it was only for the two balls. Don't advertise 3 and send 2.

Used them a little.Had back pains.It's exactly as it's described.

Great quality. I like the smaller black rubber ball most; it works well at getting out my knots.
