Cut out after 10 mins
Would give 0 stars if I could.The item cut out after just 10 mins of use and then wouldn’t come back on again. Doesn’t come with UK plug only 2 pin eu. Cheap and flimsy and very very small! It’s cheap because they obviously can’t get rid of them. Do you not waste your time having to return this like I did.

Plug not valid for the UK
Was very disappointed with this item as it has an EU plug. Would have expected that to be mentioned in the comments I was looking for a replacement of existing towel steamer.

Worked once then wouldn’t work again, will be returning
Waste of money, faulty, use once, heated up but didnt heat the towels. Went to use a 2nd time and would not heat up at all. Very disappointed.

Poor quality
Two pronged plug. Item did not work. No reply to emails sent to company. Thankfully Amazon dealt with return and refund

Burning towels after being used just 4 times
This product is not safe, it has been burning out and is a fire risk. It gets too hot

Waste of money, was broken.
Very disappointing. It turned up promptly but was not working!! Completely dead so had to return it.
