We set our house at 69 degrees, and my daughter wears this over cotton pajamas and a cotton undershirt every night. She has started sleeping with bare feet, and she never feels cold. I only wish that its snaps were closer together. She can't wear it without underneath layers because it gapes, and she gets distracted putting her limbs through the holes.
