This is brilliant. I've suffered for many many years with pain and tension in my neck due to a car accident. I've paid for physio which was good for a few days then pain and headaches all over again. I've never been able to sleep on my back as the pain would be agony with in minutes. BUT this has solved it all. Don't get me wrong I occasionally ache but I don't wake up wanting my pain killers and suffering every day like I used too. It's brilliant, comfy and very supportive. Love it.

I had brain and spinal surgery 3 years ago and have struggled to find a pillow or pillows that provide me with the support I need. Prior to illness and subsequent surgery, one pillow would provide neck support but over time shoulder pain, while two pillows would provide shoulder support and over time neck ache. I have used orthopaedic pillows for years and never quite found one that suits my sleeping style. I am a 52 yr old side sleeper who dozes on his back and I have finally found the pillow that provides me with the support I desire. No more pain in the rotator cuff or ramming my fist under the single pillow to provide extra depth or neck support. More importantly no more waking up with a brain like 'pea soup', and stiff neck that takes half the day and the odd anti-inflammatory tablet to subside. I have always loved my bed and now I also love my pillow. Life is Good.....again.

I have early onset cervical disc and facet joint degeneration. This pillow is amazing. I just had my first pain free nights sleep in years having tried every other pillow out there. If you have neck pain definitely worth trying. It worked for me. Praise God.

Just so peased with my pillow, I normally get terrible headaches 4 x a week, triggered by a stiff neck. Using this pillow in the first week, I only had one = when I was away from home and using a normal pillow!. It does smell when first taken out of packaging this fades away after a few days. The shape took me a while to get used to as it was different from my previous feather pillow. Well worth it for anyone with stiff neck +/- chronic headaches. Just thrilled.

I was skeptical at first but the unique shape suited my neck perfectly. Upon looking at the pillow, the height seemed awkward. But when i used it, I had an amazing night’s rest.I used to have difficulty getting to sleep （especially with tension and stiffness in my neck) , but this pillow supports various positions: For on the side, back. The memory foam had a very noticeable difference to the standard pillow, far more comfortable and feels very natural. It even solved my neck pain, this pillow is engineered to such a state of perfection that is certainly worth it’s price.Love the support this pillow gives and definitely would recommend it!

I get neck pain on my left side if I sleep on a pillow that is too high or too low and have found it difficult to find a pillow that offers the correct firmness and height as I'm a side sleeper predominantly. I thought I'd spend a bit extra and buy this pillow as it looked like a lot of thought had gone into its design and offered a number of different heights to rest my head. I haven't been disappointed with this pillow as I find it soft enough to not be uncomfortable after a while and firm enough to be supportive. The only drawback is that I've had to increase the height by putting a folded towel underneath so my neck isn't bent when sleeping on my side. However, i have this problem with most pillows as i have fairly broad sholders.

This pillow is not what it looks like. It is different than the picture in advert. The shape is not at well structured as in the picture and the shape is smaller and different than in picture. no real support ,the memory foam is rubbish. Does not support my neck or reduce shoulder pain at all. Too expensive and not worth the money.
