Fresh and clean and DELICIOUS! Planted some, ate the rest! Boiling for an hour or more seems to greatly reduce the gas side effects. Put them in my stew…. wow! Will be buying more from this supplier.

I purchased 4 lbs. and stored them in a 5 gal. bucket of big box potting soil around three inches deep with the lid on. Open it two weeks later and every tuber had sprouted, all four pounds. I've ordered from other sellers in the past and only had around a 60 to 70% sprouting rate. Will order from again, A+++

The entire bag was filled with large, healthy specimens. I planted most but saved some for eating which were amazing and better than expected, I had ordered from a different seller 2 weeks ago and received a bunch of cut up pieces, so this was obviously much better.

Was very excited to try these and plant. Had to toss the box full due to the mold and the ones not moldy were mushy. Box was also damaged but that could've been shipping. Very expensive for quality. I do not have a comparison for pricing for quantity but there was more than I thought there would be.
