I got this for my daughter for a silly all black party. Our friend was having a 30th birthday party and we were “mourning the loss of his 20s.” My 2mo old daughter wore this and we got lots of compliments! It’s good quality, so I’m not sure why there are reviews that say otherwise. It’s soft and the tutu is adorable. Not disappointed!
