The item is nice looking and of surprising good quality compared to the price. Galaxy tab pro 8.4 fits perfectly inside it with all the ports accessible. Both Front and Back Camera are fits well and are accessible without any issue. The kickstand also works well in most secnarios and very good for watching movies or streaming videos. Bluetooth connection is fast and stable n the keyboard functions really well. All the shortcut keys work n app icons can be browsed and opened using the arrow keys. Keys are well placed and give good feedback while typing. Typing long mails or text document is very comfortable using the keyboard.This has both shift and Fn key and using those two, the top most key row offers three functionalities per button, including brightness and volume adjust, multimedia content play controls, search etc. With Fn key, the space button can be used to lunch the camera and take pictures. In fact, even within a open app, the navigation keys can be used to access various controls of that app which is a cool feature.

First off, this case did what I needed it to. I like to use my tablet to take notes at conferences (my laptop is too big and I prefer a physical keyboard), and this functioned well. The case fits the tablet nicely, and unlike what some reviewers have said, didn't block the IR blaster. It also looks really nice from the outside. The stand on the back is quite sturdy, and holds the tablet at a good angle The keyboard connected flawlessly, and is easily removed from the case if you want to cut weight.Now the bad stuff. The case is rather bulky, and lacks a hand strap. More importantly, it lacks the magnets that put the tablet to sleep when the case is closed. While the keyboard looks nice, the build quality is lacking. oops I ordered the wrong one for my dad for Father's Day and when I had visited him this past week, I noticed he hadn't used it. When I tried to assemble it; that's when I noticed this doesn't fit the Samsung Tab S 8.4; so make sure you order the correct one. They are not all the same since the camera lense is not in the same place. Well, since it was just a week over 30 days; I couldn't return it. Never been used and no use in the future. Oh well; lesson learned I guess. It is nice and I have one personally for may Galaxy Tab S 10.5.

Product description accurate. However, I would NOT recommend buying this product:CONS:1) Within the first or second open/close cycle after installing the tablet into the case, the delete key fell off.2) The design is flawed: When closed , the keys rest against the tablet screen, so unless you purchase a screen protector, the keys WILL SCRATCH the tablet screen.3) No indicator to show the battery is fully charged. The "charge" indicator lights up for a while then shuts off;4) Power indicator comes ON then shuts off, (I suppose this is to conserve battery charge). You have to look close to see the Power Switch is ON or OFF before shutting the case.PROS:1) Contrary to other reviews, I had NO ISSUE with Bluetooth connection to my tablet or for that matter my Samsung Galaxy S 5 phone. EASY EASY EASY.2) It is a sturdy case. and again, contrary to other reviews I thought the tablet fit in the case was perfectly snug. No it is NOT a "DEFENDER-type Case from OtterBox but then again the price is SIGNIFICANTLY less then anything from the Premier OtterBox line.3) My Tablet came ON and SHUT OFF AUTOMATICALLY when Opening or Closing the case, AS EXPECTED.Case is being returned.

Product arrived extremely fast. The first case that I ordered was for a Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.0". My son's tablet is an 8.4" so needed to return the product. The second case fit perfectly. The keyboard would not turn on so I connected the charger. It has charged for over 4 days and the "CHARGING" light remains on. When the keyboard is turned on the "POWER" indicator light does nothing. The "BK" light also does nothing when the "Connect" button is pressed. Essentially the keyboard will not turn on. Even the case alone is a fairly good product for the money. I do wish the keyboard would work as designed. I will be returning. I have not decided whether to order another identical case or not.

Galaxy Tab PRO 8.4 Android TabletExcellent keyboard and case. Lines up well. Battery lasts for a very long time in the keyboard. I noticed people complaining about keys coming off and the keys touching the screen. I have a screen protector. Easy fix. flip the key board over when you close it. when you want it to activate the auto awake flip the key board over on top of the screen. No biggie, no keys coming off, no scratches. This is a very nice key board. I listened to the the reviews and charged it completely before connecting pairing the blue tooth. No problems and it has not lost connection. I have 2 different blue tooth keyboards it is paired with. No problems.

Even though I don't use my keyboard every day I'm happy to have it available for long letters or documents. I am, however, having the same issue with one of the keys coming off frequently and afraid I may not be as fortunate to find it one of these days. Am wondering if it can be glued in place?

Damned adequate, especially for the price. I only got this because I wanted an external keyboard. I am not all that proficient wih the small onscreen keyboard on the tablet, and this helps me very much. I like the Otter for protection, but like this cse for day to day function and the keyboard. Were I traveling for a long period, I would opt for the sturdiness of the Otter.At 27 bucks or whatever price I paid for this, you cannot really go wrong.
