Nice KB - Good Tech Support for minor problem
Very good keyboard with useful shortcut keys. Had minor problem with Caps lock key not working. Macally Support advised a temporary fix and offered to replace keyboard with backlit model in place of upgrading the firmware.

Canny
Canny quality and support, but Apple have sabotaged the keyboard so you need to buy from them.

Run away - AVOID! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
Title sounds harsh. But the keyboard stopped working after 5 days - returned and got refund. It looks and feels like clunky old style heavy keys as well. I thought paying high price meant quality. I was wrong. Am much happier with replacement black light up keyboard that cost half the price

This keyboard synced quickly and easily with my iMac and as far as I can tell all the keys function as designed. I don't use many of the designated 'short-cut' keys at the top, but the following 'short-cut' keys do work: volume works for all programs so far, and play/pause, previous track and next track keys work with my Spotify App installed on this computer. Those particular 'short-cut' keys are in the same place as the previous Apple keyboard, just not spaced the same. A simple getting used to it issue. Two other 'short-cut' keys: the screen minimize and magnify (which were not on my Apple keyboard) also work. I do miss the smaller size of the wired Apple keyboard I had, but I'm perfectly happy with this one for 1/2 the price of replacing with another Apple. (see attached pictures) It's actually about the same physical length but it is wider, and the key spacing is very different. As with most keyboard changes (work vs. home, laptops, etc) it'll just take a little use and my fingers will automatically find where they need to be. Someone mentioned the Delete and Home key were reversed on this keyboard (the keys in-between the keypad and the number pad) - and I never use the home key, but the Delete key IS usually on the bottom - with this one it's on the top. I never thought about the placement until I hit the home key expecting it to delete. Yes, that is seriously the hardest adjustment to make — and not a big deal, but since I saw it mentioned I thought I'd confirm it. And also to that point - the home key does work, since I do still accidentally hit it and then get confused when my curser takes me to the beginning of the page instead of deleting…. Unfortunately the keys are not nearly as quiet as the Apple, but they are more quiet and easier to type with (as in needing little pressure to type) than my dell keyboard or my laptop keyboard. I didn't deduct a star for this as this is not an issue for me — IF you are looking for that whisper quiet that comes with the Apple brand keyboard, than I would say this is only a 4 Star keyboard, but hey, it's also 1/2 the price. The two USB ports on the keyboard, on the backside, are very convenient for plugging in my phone to charge and/or connect to my computer. Well worth the few extra dollars over the same keyboard without the USB ports. It's thicker than the Apple, but it is as light if not lighter. Although it really just sits on my desk. I don't carry it around the house (it's wired) and I don't exercise with it so I'm not sure why people care, but there ya go. Pros: This is a fully functional, nice looking (I got it in white) keyboard that synced perfectly with my Apple iMac in about 5 seconds. Easy to use, quieter than most keyboards, has 2 very helpful USB ports right on the back of the keyboard (right behind the MACALLY logo on the top right of the keyboard), there is a number lock/caps lock/short cut key light to let you know if those functions are locked on the keyboard, it has 'short-cut' keys I didn't realize were so handy until I got this keyboard and it is 1/2 the price of the wired Apple version. Cons: You will have a little finger memory adjustment to the different key spacing, which you will have with any keyboard unless you replace your current keyboard with the exact same one you have now. No, it is not the 'whisper' quiet of the Apple. It doesn't have backlit keys, but I honestly can't remember if the Apple had it either since I work with the lights on.

Excellent product! Love that there are two USB ports at the top of the keyboard as well . . . very handy! Just as good as any older model true Apple keyboard. Definitely, recommend this product and this seller!

I bought this keyboard because I liked the layout/tactile feel of the Apple keyboard but I needed it to work for Windows (which this keyboard does). It worked as soon as I plugged it in (didn't have to install or download anything). I am using it on a Windows 10 desktop PC and it works pretty much flawlessly as far as I can tell. The "Windows" key is the "cmd" key, in case you were wondering, and the "Alt" key is the "option" key. The feel of the keys themselves is very nice to type with, with a very satisfying clicky feel that is very similar to the Apple keyboard. I bought this specifically for gaming (weird, but it's the style of keyboard I like for gaming). You can switch the F1-F12 etc keys to be able to be activated by the Function key, or not, depending on how you like it, simply by pressing Esc+Fn. I prefer the F1-F12 keys to be usable for gaming hot keys, so I was able to configure those keys the way I liked for gaming without the additional functions getting in the way. The build quality is pretty good, although maybe note QUITE as good as the Apple, but generally feels about the same. I give the product a 5/5 score. Perfect for what I needed, which is an Apple-style keyboard that works on Windows PC's, plug-and-play, with nice build quality, and good layout. Love it.

Feels great under my fingertips, works great, so lightweight, but doesn't look cheap, love that there's a cord instead of an extra piece to risk losing, or Bluetooth to have to fuss with. Really glad I returned the first one I tried and bought this one instead! Should have bought this years ago for crunching numbers on my laptop!
