Pour the salt water into the machine according to the instructions, set the time, and I can see a lot of small bubbles immediately after it start working. And, I can smell the water with a disinfectant but it does not go to the pungent level. Can be used, convenient.

complete junk ! I bought two of these , one for myself in NJ and I ordered one for my sister in FL . Now these were delivered to two different states and I have to say total junk . Mine turned on one time . I had to press the button and hold it several times before it turned on . made one batch and that was it , it never worked again .The one I ordered for my sister in florida , hers never turned on at all . I had to call her for the directions as mine never came with instructions . Its so cheap it looks like a dollar store spray bottle . don't waste your money like I did .

The media could not be loaded.  Very interesting product but, unfortunately, it does leak from the bottom when it is in operation. I will probably send it back, hopefully the seller can replace it with one that doesn't leak and I will update my review

Worked one time and never worked again. JUNK JUNK JUNK.

Ordered 2 of these. Both have failed. First one worked for about 4 batches, then developed internal leak at bottom, that destroyed the electronics. Second one didn't last that long, same thing.Fantastic idea, bad product.
